He's honestly one of the best imo but probably cause I'm from the same kinda place and generation, everything he writes about is so real and funny! And he's never been more relatable in 2021 with the way people are going these days.
I've just read his book again and his whole life was leading to this moment. It could have gone one of two ways and he is now the superstar he deserves to be. This was not an overnight success. The boy fucking grafted.
I've listened to the audio book (narrated by him) I don't even know how many times. It's so good that if I'm bored or working, I just put it on in the background.
The best 8 min of stand up in British history.
He’s superb but actually it shows how much he’s improved even since this great performance. I seem to remember watching this at the time and pissing my pants with laughter.
Bit too much detail there Jonathan but yes you are right, he seems to get better every time you see him.

What a comedian Kevin is. So true and real to everyday living. Through sad times these vids of Kevin bridges have given me laughter I thought I'd never have again. Hope to see more of kevin now covid is dealt with. Also this was months ago, Kevin has lost loads of weight and looks really healthy.

God I remember watching this when it was first shown and telling loads of my mates that this guy is gonna be one of the top stand ups! It was easy to see how good he was almost immediately.

Different styles of comedy, imo Kevin is funnier but McIntyre is still good and obviously a lot more popular and successful
Very subjective. Personally find both hilarious, I’d maybe slightly give the edge to Kevin.

I'd like to apologise Kevin. To me you used to be a good comedian, one of those who I wouldn't mind watching before comedians like Jimmy Car, Michael McIntyre or Lee Mack came on. I apologise for viewing as an opener. You're clearly a headline act. Someone who I'll happily pay to see.
