    • If he had been a massive draw I could of got him wanting big bucks and doing his own thing but most of his fights have been horrendous when he hugs. Strange really as when he fights he’s a high level fighter but hey ho 🤷‍♂️

    • I remember McGuigan in an interview talking the kind of nonsense that led to that situation too. Basically saying Eddie wasn’t promoting him properly or to the full. Wasn’t a long time until he’d left after that. Getting nonsense in his ear. When the truth was he was MASSIVELY overachieving for how much we were forced to watch him and Eddie constantly apologising for him after fights.

Nothing

  • I have no sympathy for either Okolie or Buatsi, they were doing just fine, they chose to leave 258 as well as Matchroom, so whoever is advising them both should be sacked off. However, it would probably cost them to get out of their contracts. The sauce has lost his title, and Buatsi is stagnating. Never mind if you go on Talksport you’ll find it was all Eddie Hearns fault, and him actually telling the truth is “Bad for boxing” 🤦‍♂️

He already looks that way on the pads. No matter how they try and cut it, they don’t punch 50% as hard as boxers. Because they don’t need to.

    • I wouldn’t completely disagree mate but there are differences. Whyte has been in PEDs controversies not once but TWICE before, including a ban. Don’t you think that makes him harder to back? Besides, Benn has been with Eddie since his debut whereas Whyte has been more than happy to show Matchroom no loyalty by weighing up his options with other promoters over the years, only to find his way back to Eddie when he’s realised no one would pay him as much . Loyalty works both ways
