    • Look skip was wrong , there is no way to try and soften up a tackle the way skip wants it to. I coach football and most coaches are on the NFL‘s safer way of tackling ,almost Rugby style . Unfortunately like Sherman says when you have dynamic athletes you have to do something to slow them down, and to say just that one has covered sports without actually participating in the art of tackling is ignorant

Key shows that you can keep it hood and still give spot on analysis without wearing a doo rag on your head and a black hanging from your mouth. That was embarrassing and really fed into the negative stereotypes that hang over black people. Stephen A is no better beating his chest about how nice his suits are and what type of plane he has, or juice with the brass at ESPN. Give me Key, Sherm& Irvin all day over that 🎪 at ESPN.

  • Sherman completely manufactured this premeditated "gotcha" moment. To be clear i am not a Skip fan. I miss Shannon on the old show and haven't tuned in to this latest iteration. Richard Sherman flat out blew it. Sherman just couldn't be patient enough to let Skip genuinely get loud. Because its going to happen, Skip will revert back and get loud, and that's when you check him. But it wasn't here, not this time. And the true irony is twofold; Sherman getting angry and actually "raising" his voice at Skip, after accusing Skip of the same, effectively kicking his own platform/high ground out from under himself. Then Sherman lecturing Skip that opinion can only come from experience, begging the question if Sherman really believes that, why is Sherman participating in a show featuring Skip?

    • You do understand that this is personal for a whole group of current and former NFL players right? I didn't see Sherman in his 'feelings'. If you haven't played defense you cannot fathom trying to tackle a 250 lb man who runs 4.3 40 and has the strength of a truck. On the other hand we've got to find a solution to these types of gruesome injuries. I think that if you're not strong enough to bring the runner down without the hip drop, you've lost and he should score the touchdown.
