I would have loved zwift to have changed the graphics so players had their arms stretched out horizontally while they made aeroplane noises 🤣

The commentary on _virtual_ virtual reality headsets being isolating is interestingly ironic. If and when Zwift supports real virtual reality headsets, and you see people’s avatars look over at gaps they’re steering into, or glance at you as you pass, I’d imagine it would feel dramatically more social!

They should have added little virtual items when riding in first person. Simply plonking a butt-ugly VR headset on each rider shows little imagination

If you go first-person view, do you see what the avatar is watching? Do they watch reality on their headsets? Or is it like 80s wire-frame graphics?
Taking the headset off did not stop the headset effects they were running at the same time which you did not cover. Some of them flickered a lot and were not good for any one with epilepsy, I don't mind having the fun stuff but they really do need a way to disable if you need or want to.

Were the random headsets flying around (including some enormous ones) intentional? Getting your view point stuck in one was annoying and they were flickering around all over the place.
I had this, the whole group had a massive floating headset. I couldn’t see the road. I had to leave the group
AND they crashed the app! Zwift had to remove the Easter Egg, and things worked back to normal. (BTW: Doesn't it look more like the Zuckerberg hot mess?)
How about the glitch in rendering that meant many of us saw these giant headsets moving around a rider’s head, and often strobing or blocking the entire screen so you couldn’t see. This ruined my ride today. Too buggy!
Not something I encountered. Looks like they've switched this off for everything except PC/Mac.

Had a huge flashing set of these flippin VR goggles in front of me virtually the whole ride earlier. Very annoying. And very nauseating 🤢🤬
Don't see them on Android 😢 maybe it needs a higher graphics profile
I found out it was disabled on Android, MacOS, tvOS, and iOS due to a spike in crashes. I did my ride yesterday after it was turned off.
I am not sure how zwift can call the headsets as a April fools more a excuse to take a bunch of money off of apple.
