I give you a tip for the laptop, always place something under your laptop like an eraser or something like that to leave the laptop about 3cm from the table. that way the air flow enters the fans better and gives better performance, always have boost activated and when playing, set the fans to max.
also good for placing your hand on the keyboard

The last few Acer nitro series laptops have been great, the cooling system could probably be upgraded to somthing like MSIs old GX60's this point because this beast will cook your lap with the 3060 in it but it isnt anything a cooling pad can't handle and the preformance of this mobile card is honestly hard to believe. 9/10 a versatile laptop with great sound, great graphics card, high power processor for creators/4k video editing, plenty of usb and hdmi ports with a slightly underpowered cooling system in a lightweight laptop. If you're looking for a 4k ready desktop replacer over a regular laptop, this will not let you down. However, if you are old, do not know what any of that means and want to get yourself or a child a laptop, buy a laptop that is $800 cheaper than this, this is overkill for work, shcool and even gaming and genuinely has enough power to replace most non enthusiasts desktops.

This laptop overheats so much jesuus its pissing me off. I even change the thermal paste 3 times and did everything and it didnt work. Only thing left is undervolting.
This is my current laptop and absolutely love it. It's the best one I've ever had, granted, it's the only gaming laptop I've ever had but almost 2 years old already and still working like it's brand new! Also, I have yet to fill my 1 TB hard drive and 256 SSD. It's an awesome, affordable, portable, gaming rig! 😎🤓✌

@@mohaaadam3950 hardware for example a great gpu for gaming would be 3080 for laptops and a ryzen 9 cpu any variants and plus a better alternative for this product is acer predator triton since its more premium and acer said that nitro series is a midrange product of theirs and predator for their flagship model

The specs are quite nice, if you check bios you can manually undervolt the cpu, and the gpu can easily be undervolted using msi afterburner, I like undervolting so using turbo fan isn't even a needed option anymore
bought it with rysen 5800h, really happy about the performances as the price is pretty affordable !
The fact it runs Cyberpunk really well is awesome

I have just about the same one except mine only has 4g of dedicated ram but 256gb of storage. but it gets pretty hot. even on a cooling pad it'll get around 200 degrees f. if it wasn't for the pad, I think it would have burnt out months ago. all in all, I think it is a great beginner's laptop for casual gaming. anything longer than a couple hours might be bad for it over time. I for sure am going to upgrade it to a better version but it's going pretty strong for about a year now.
