I enjoyed this video , What an absolute awesome property it’s crazy to think it’s been sitting empty this long and hasn’t been destroyed by vandals👍🏻
I'm in such AWE of this place!! I don't know how anyone can leave such an extravagant amazing home like that including the beautiful property it sits on!! Other than the mold in the "basement" this place is ready to be lived in and taken care of with love! Totally unbelievable!! Thank you Dave, for an awesome video!!!!
I love it to, if I could afford it definitely would hire a cleaning crew twice a week, I’d have to use an electric scooter one for each floor lol and what fun that would be. It’s the prettiest home I’ve seen yet.
I agree with you! It’s perfect. It’s the best one I’ve seen yet of all the explorer’s. I would love to buy this with a group of people. It’s big enough for several couples to live there. What a dream! I’d love to know if it’s for sale. That is one thing I wish they would let us know.
Your right he likes it " "guys"
When you go bankrupt, the bank shows you the way out. You don't have much choice. Some states protect your house/homestead 100%, but others have dollar limits on how much of the value you can protect. If it was a second house, then you pretty much lose it to the bankruptcy court or creditor.
When I was young I would have been beside myself if I owned this house in pristine condition. But now that I'm older I just look at it and think, wow that would be a lot of dusting, mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms, running the vacuum, cleaning the kitchen, cleaning the pool and the lawn OMG! You couldn't run fast enough to give me this house. But it would have been spectacular in its prime.
A person that can afford this, can afford a cleaning staff. I feel you though, I've looked at buying a bigger house than mine in lower priced areas near me but would not want to maintain them.
I agree but if one has millions to buy the house then they have to have a crew to help maintain the house and property--maids, ground keepers, etc.
Same. I'm leaving my dude since I'm expected to cook, clean, launder, shop, and serve in his house. Maintenance easier in an apartment. I don't know that I could wait for a cleaning person. They'd have to come everyday for the kitchen and bathrooms alone.
@@itsaplantlife9850 could you imagine the electric billl??
@@hollysheppard6288 Oof. Wouldn't want to with how the lights keep being left on here.
This is probably the most beautiful abandoned mansion I’ve seen on KZhead. Very sad to see them sit empty.
Even if they gave it away I couldn’t afford the property taxes and utilities let alone housekeeper.
My thoughts exactly...
Especially if you were someone who never had a housekeeper:)
It's been said that when people win the Lottery, The money is gone within 5 Years, They right away buy a 4 million dollar home, A yacht and expensive cars, by the time the first payment comes around They're packing up and moving, They blew all of that money, They don't know how to handle money.
@@carlovincetti4538 I am an Old Fashioned Girl I take care of my house on my own, i don't need a housekeeper or a maid.
@@donnadreyer2580 Yes, I believe that was my point.
Take a drink every time he says guys, you’ll be shitfaced before he hits the master bedroom 🥴
pse hunter 😆
LMAO ikr
Speaking from experience?!?!?!? ;-)
Lol
Hilarious 🤣
This mansion was wow . I can't believe it's abandoned
Beautiful home! Love the woodwork throughout! Thank you for showing the details. Love the flooring throughout! Such a lovely home! Doors and windows are so nice. Please don’t ‘what’s up guys’ every time you see a mirror. It’s kind of redundant. Just do a quiet ‘peace sign’. This home is beyond gorgeous and someone should definitely be primed to purchase it. So glad it wasn’t vandalized and you were so respectful. Thank you so much for the explore!
Am I the only one bugging that there was a ladder and he DIDN'T grab it to look in the hidden room.
Omg! Same! My hubby thinks I’m crazy cause I’m yelling about a random ladder 🤣 Like I need to see that room and there was a ladder 😩
Yes!! As soon as I saw the ladder I was like “the secret room!! Go show us!!” So disappointed we didn’t get to see.
Bambi Hill I was wondering that too!!! Lol!!!
Right! as soon as I saw the ladder I had to check the comments to see who else thought the same thing! 💞
That's what I kept wondering why didn't he grab that ladder and go look in that room.
Absolutely awesome place. Rich folks sure know how to live, eh? I am so surprised no one has snapped this place up. 4 mil for a house and grounds as gorgeous as this I find rather inexpensive when looking at the big picture. Is this location fairly isolated? Really love the rooms, light, woodwork, everything. Shows a lot of superior craftsmanship and attention to detail. A work of art. Hate to see this lovely home empty, having seen senseless destruction of other homes when they remain empty for a period of time. Hopefully someone will purchase in the near future. Thank you so much for a great tour of this fantastic house. Your efforts are aporeciated by this fan in rural Michigan! Nice job!
thanks for watching and for the comment :)
I've dreamed about this place for years and getting her back in shape, I pray I win the lotto max then I can make this a reality. Would be so fun to take on as a project as I like doing finishing work and calling the pros when I don't know.
Grande touro ♉ de ouro 🏆 em mil years 😆#
What a fabulous mansion. You did a wonderful job at pointing out all the wonderful amenities that the house has to offer. I sure appreciate the tour. I imagine a lot of research takes place to find all of these wonderful places. Thank you!
Beautiful house. It's probably a bank owned property. Love the stone and wood work. Plenty of land.
It looks like it was never quite finished by looking at the basement. Beautiful place. Shame it's gone to waste. The real oak paneling, the stone work.....just incredible workmanship just rotting away. 😔
thanks for the comment
Nikki Clark It’s not rotting away yet, but give it time. Houses have to be lived in to last.👍
Anyone know where this place is?
Awesome mansion, some of those rooms are suprisingly small considering the sheer size of the building.
Glad you liked it
It’s kinda sad these mansions become abandon and there are so many homeless without a roof to keep them safe from the elements
Yes that was what i was thinking too! That these people were once well off, and my guess have Lost everything and had No choice but to walk away!! What a waste of such a nice home!
It cost a fortune to have and keep places like this.
Our problems we feel, are of our making
The floor plan for the kitchen and bedrooms wing is amazing!!!
Wonderful home!! I wanted to say Thank You for not vandalizing or moving anything 👏 🏆 most people are rudely horrible while filming homes but not you!!! Beautifully done!!!
thanks so much
Maybe that hidden door is where that “bad smell “ is coming from .. lol
The Dahmer room.
he had a ladder down the basement and I saw a section of scaffolding
Bill Williams 🤣
🤣
Sutton Kelley why is the mansion abandoned?
It's amazing that it hasn't been defiled, I hope it stays that way.
I like the property a lot! Also, in a way, I do appreciate the fact that this house isn't just like all the others. Like, the staircase, for one thing. Also the floor plan isn't too bad, and the woodwork is very good. And the fact that it does have a library. Not bad, really! I love the windows, that let in the sunlight, the french doors. Its actually kind of a cool place.
Love your enthusiasm and your sense of energy. This mansion is unbelievably beautiful. I wouldn't even know what to do with all that space. Thank you for sharing from Edmonton, Alberta.
Every time he says “GUYS” you have to do a shot! 😂👏👏👏
you'd be loaded 2 mins in!!
Stopping the video to go get my whisky bottle. jk
I did ,I missed myself five times.I cant shoot when I'm drunk
Amy Anna I thought the same thing. But after the first 90 seconds you’d be totally pissed. 😂
Sharon Matthews I wouldn’t be pissed I would be passed out 🥴!😂👏
I love all the woodwork, wood floors & windows. Gorgeous 😍
Love how you show the garage and the way you narrate and the way you do your research about the property keep up the awsome work
Having worked in the construction business I can tell you this house has never been lived in with all the wiring hanging out no railing on the balconies and the drywall not installed. It looks like the builder quit or ran out of money to complete the job. When that happens the only way to buy it is with cash. No bank will loan money on a incomplete house. A drone shot would have completed the video.
TrapperSamm no the house was definitely lived in. the basement just wasn’t finished as the builder or owner ran out of money but the house was lived in based on its listing history of
This is really crazy
Where is this?!
Maybe someone ws murdered in there😧
Agree.....no occupancy. Brand new for sure! Inside and out!
If I had a nickel for everytime he said "guys", I'd be able to purchase this mansion.
Hahaha good one
I said the same thing! Lol
Holy crap! Lol
True Fact , is does get annoying
Suzanne Morrison , you & I need MANY MORE annoyed people backing us up.......to civilize this annoying guy!!! lol By the way, I feel a bit of a bond with you! My surname when I arrived in this world was Morris. 😁 👍🏻 🇨🇦
I love this house...especially the green house....!
Wow... Completely beautiful ...thank you for sharing
Somebody's been keeping up on this mansion it's really clean
It's not abandoned. It's being kept up and renovated slowly.
It's been lived in by SOMEONE. Fireplace used. Light fixtures stollen. Walls were painted in custom color by owner. So...
Or hasn’t been empty for very long. Beautiful place that is for sure.
The big bathroom is for the woman of the house the smaller bathroom and closet was for the man of the house
The vaulted ceiling in the main foyer is gorgeous. What a splendid place.
Definitely the kitchen. That's a built-in secretary desk it isn't a piece ”left behind.”
Ahh I see
Cook books in book shelves above desk would be pretty. I collect them, have so many they would fit with plenty left over within reach!
The cabinet on top is for cookbooks hence why it's in the kitchen and not the den/office space. It's there for convenience.
Virginia USA. Loved the beautiful huge house and I love your videos, thanks for sharing.
I indeed enjoyed every minute of looking at something that can bring so much happiness to a family. I love how clean it is compared to other videos of houses I’ve seen.
So beautiful. I like the shutters, windows, doors, and fireplaces.
Thanks for watching
There showing that house to potential customers, that’s why it’s so clean and business cards in the kitchen
Randy Ireland i suspected the same lol it’s too beautiful to actually be an abandoned mansion 🤷🏽♀️
Yeah, but, wouldnt they have cleaned up all the moldy doors in the basement if they were? At any rate, its a sure tell that there's a crapload of moisture down there, perhaps even some damage.
If u know the name of the Business Realtor that is trying to sell the home could u send it to me I'm looking to buy a home with akers & water...
Clean!did you see the toilets!?!
Hi from Dallas Texas, I love your videos, I really appreciate the way you give the full scope of the rooms. Keep on going. 😊
That’s still a really nice house doesn’t look warn down makes me wonder why it’s abandoned or not for sale
I think it would look very comfortable if there was furniture in it. I love it.
Think he did say was for sale but price to high
STUNNING, BEAUTIFUL MY FAVORITE OF ALL I HAVE SEEN FROM YOU AND OTHERS THANK YOU
Massive house, must cost a ton to heat & cool it. Thx for the tour
You are right Nadia! Can you imagine the monthly cost to heat, cool, and maintain that house and property??? I would guess around $25,000USD a month to run the house...maybe more.
Gosh I know ! I don’t care if I had the money or not I honestly wouldn’t wanna have a house that big!
When you are very wealthy you really don't worry about trivial things like heat or cooling, you just leave for the season hop aboard your yacht and go to a better climate, winter home in the islands
My very favourite mansion you've explored!
I find it so incredeable to get the chance to see something like that ,because you have been there and takan these pictures .
thanks!
Great video. I liked the way you showed the layout. Imagine owning a house like that! Beautiful, thanks for showing us Dave.
thanks for watching
Breathtaking away so beautiful love this mansion.
Thanks for watching
Can’t believe this place is abandoned. Shame there’s no history info? Such a beautifull property, thankyou for the video
Hello from Washington NC. This was my first time watching your video. I loved your enthusiasm as you went from room to room. Do not let people who are rude change the way you are doing your video. Awesome job.
Hey guys, 116+ times in 28 min, guys. That is over 4.5 x a min. I have so much constructive criticism to give but honestly, am exhausted from counting, guys. UGH
WHAT IS UP Guys.... do Everyone a favor Guys, and take 5 minutes Guys, and look up the Property TAX records Guys, and share those with us Guys.....I believe you'll answer all you Guy's questions WHY it's abandoned.... Guys... that's my 2 cents. And Guys... have a Great Day! 😂🤣
Absolutely beautiful home, there would be interesting to learn of the history Dave. This is my first time coming across your channel and I will subscribe I thought you did an awesome job dude 👍☮️
Loved. This video.. Thanks for sharing it with us.. Stay safe -Lovr from AZ
Glad you enjoyed it
Can't lie I found myself laughing every time you found a mirror and said "what is up guys" think I'm the only person who found that entertaining 😂🤷
nope i like it too its funny!!! lol..why shouldn't he enjoy the tour too!!!
Funny
It's just explorer OCD
Hate it!
I feel like this house is being fixed for sale. it's really clean. I mean the alarm works.
Did anyone else notice the overhead light was on in the hallway in the basement?
I love mansions . Thanks for showing houses because we all need something to love . Thanks so much for your patience .
You are so welcome!
Superlative house! Magnificent tour! Thank you VERY much! Please keep up the good work!
This guy is out showing us amazing places while so many haters sit on their arses spewing hate and splitting hairs over words. Here’s a thought, how ‘bout you just shut up and watch the video, or don’t. Keep your negativity to yourself and move on. There’s enough out in the world. Thank you for the wonderful tour. The outside was just as amazing as the inside. Thank you. Wonderful video.
Amen to that!!
100%agree!! This world has so many haters in it, they make me ill. If they don't appreciate his videos with so much enthusiasm then heck just DON'T watch. Stop being so hateful and petty. I'm sure those naysayers are not perfect either!!!
Dave, you always show us wonderful houses and mansions. If saying "What's Up Guys" is something you like to say, go for it! I watch your videos because you are a sweet man and take the time to show us around places none of us would ever see otherwise. My only favour to ask is please show every room? Please and thank you. You missed a room in one of the bedrooms. I enjoy your videos very much. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your Family Dave🦃🍁🍂🙏🏻
Thanks a bunch
Awesome job of showing this fantastic home, wish it were mine. Thanks.
Awesome Video! Covered it all (except the secret room!). Love your energy - keep up the great work!
Would be nice to have some back ground info on this place and you mentioned at one point about possible plan for use of this place being made, would have liked to have known what that was about. Seeing how this is something I will never be able to afford, I enjoyed being able to take a journey through this home and see what was inside the walls. Thank you for the time and effort you put in to bring this to us. It is appreciated.
if i give out too much information it puts the location in jeapardy, also there isn't always a history to tell
its actually in quite amazing shape. it could definitely be cleaned up and lived in. I'd LOVE to live there!
ya a house that big would be fun
It would be nice to live there if your rich uncle was footing the bill. A home like that is a couple of million dollars a year in maintenance and utilities alone. I've had several wealthy clients over the years and most tell me that first $10000 power bill is a shock. No pun intended.
It is fairly new construction
I love this house! The ceilings and all the wood......
Beautiful mansion. I love all the windows. The paneled walls. It’s said a man’s house is his castle. Very masculine, imo. Thank you for sharing it with us!
Thank you so much!
Freaktography You’re very welcome!
Cool house but saying "guys" 8000 times is just to annoying.
i could only do about two minutes!
If he's trying to sound like a used car salesman, he succeeded.
Saying “to” when you mean “too” is annoying.
I had to unfollow after the second whats up BS
Agreed!! ALL these type of video,s, start out ''what is up guys'' maybe they have poor English or something.
Love the older style doors. That’s a nice touch. I’d love to give my kids rooms that size and bathrooms!
thanks for watching
You did a thorough job. I enjoyed the video
The “bar/kitchen” looks more like a reception area for guests like any other resort
Yes. Not appealing at all.
I watched this vid twice. The kitchen appealed to me more the second time as it is quite unique, as far as a single family home goes. Put all your personal kitchen type do dads in there and it could be very homey. Very beautiful home!
Would love to see how it was furnished, it’s mind blowing, I would love to live there!
What an amazing home, among the prettiest abandoned ones that I have seen on YT. I love the kitchen area, I could live (spend the majority of my time) in that part of the house. Just before your said it... I was beginning to wonder if it is a Black Mold (insurance settlement) matter that forces people to pack up and never return to a dream home. The type of damage in the basement, lend to the prospects of this sort of problem... I am stunned the grandeur of this property... I really like you enthusiasm and energy, like your style of shooting. The constant rolling footage, movement, and whip pans are necessary not to spend 3 days shooting and editing... Thanks for taking the time to archive and share with us... we will "see you guys; later" ~ A W E S O M E ~
thank ya!
I love that woodwork!! OMG ! And the paneling on the walls, that's Classy.
Loved the video and the woodwork in this home. Love seeing homes like this. Keep up the great videos.
I love your vids. You're always so thorough with your explorations. Awesome👌👍 and it's weird that there are only three bedrooms in that massive house. And to much random rooms.
thank you
You had permission?? You mentioned locking the door... When it comes to this house, the Heat and Power are still on, maybe a caretaker?? Since there's maintenance equipment in the garage. The mold in the basement isn't from water it's from lack of air flow, I noticed hot water baseboard or electric baseboard heating, but there was air vents most likely for the AC, but since the AC and or fans are not on there's no air flow. It's crazy to think what could be the fate of this house...
thanks for watching and commenting
ARednecksLife It’s a foreclosure.
I doubt that
@@tinderinc There were business cards on the counter. Realtors leave them after showings. And there is marketing boards on the counters as well. It's a foreclosure on the market. But so what, it's still a great explore.
I highly doubt its in foreclosure, show me some proof. I am aware of what the boards are and what is on the them, it shows the subdividing that has occurred and what sections are included for what price and a drawing of the proposed golf course that will never happen. Its a land bank.
I like how you show everthing coming from the entrance and don't touch every single item left in the house.
I've been watching you for a while. This is the best property I've seen. I would buy this house.
Wish it were mine... I simply love the look of that mansion👌👍
thanks for the comment
It is a railing on the Balcony, not a fence
nice enthusiasm- you know- for B and E. Good job! thanks
Wanted to say thank you, new to your channel, and will def share!! From Nova Scotia
Great find Dave and thanks for the video !!
hey thanks
Why didnt you use the ladder in the back garage to try to get up to the secret room??
i guess i didnt notice the ladder :(
I am heart broken. Lol jk. For real tho, you would be the best youtuber if you went back to try to get up in that room. It has gotten me piqued.
Get back up there and use the ladder!! don't keep us in suspense >: /
Loved this beautiful mansion so sad that it is going to rot away.
The woodwork & rooms are gorgeous in the downstairs. The upstairs is like a totally different residence with all the bright paint!
Literally my favorite homes of all time. Where is it located?
wow what a beautiful house. i love the high ceiling in the kitchen. stunnnning 😍
Thanks for watching
It looks like they just haven't moved in yet but they're going to I'd get the hell out of eyes you just saying
Looking at the bathroom I would say they're not Americans what are your thoughts on that
Thanks for the Beautiful tour 👍❤😊
Glad you enjoyed
I like this mansion especially inside swimming pool and nice wood work. Thanks for showing us these abandoned mansions. I am happy now that you showed us the garage 👍
Glad you liked it :)
This house on Niagra river pkwy in Fort Erie was originally planned to be a country club / golf course area. Plans fell through. Then it was put on the market and price was reduced several times down to 2 million. Last I heard there was a proposal to subdivide the land parcel back in 2017.
What state is it located at?. Never mind found out it was in Canada.
I guess you didn’t notice the scaffolding in the basement. You could put both ends together or use the single piece of the ladder to get up to that secret room. I was dying to see what was up in there.
ya i'm an idiot!
There was a ladder in one of the closets in the basement, as well as the scaffolding.
Absolutely gorgeous!!!
Love this one, would sooooo like to live here. Keep up the good work, Tracy - Bolton, Greater Manchester, UK xx
That was a really cool house, Dave.I actually lost count on the amount of times you said what is up guys. Like you, I thought the woodwork looked beautiful.
Love your vids dude, the mansions you show are so beautifull, I wish I was young enough to go explore places love you guys do, it would be so great, keep up your good work dude, because your doing something good for your fans that's watching, thank you so much. Love ya, lucy T.
thanks so much
North Carolina USA watching your video. Just discovered your live stream of abandoned mansions and love love love it.
From Philadelphia!!! Gorgeous house. Very clean for being abandoned!
That "Man Cave" looks more like an attached green house, it has a sink for potting the plants obviously. It's the MECHANICAL ROOM. Oh what I could do with that property! Nice.
who in their right mind would leave a beautiful home like this. this is a shame to let this go.
right??
Maybe can't afford the taxes on it anymore or divorce or something happened .
so sorrowful
