  • I was always taught there were just 5 basic dribble moves: crossover, between the legs, behind the back, In-and-out, and spin. But with the right imagination you can use those 5 moves to create an infinite number of possibilities.

I learned that move lately and as I got chance to play 1v1just today I was just Impressed how much space i got after doing it. It damn worked 3 out of 3 times even when every single time i was starting it on standing motion. The space I've been getting after that move was just insane.

  • Back in the day, while dribbling a basketball if your hand wasn't always on top of the ball it was called carried, or carrying which resulted in a turn over. I see the game is still evolving.

  • Personally, I prefer the simple double-cross, especially to break a press. It can be super low, super fast at any level. Even when I haven’t played for awhile, and have to go play alumni or something, the double cross is always something I have in the bag with minimal to 0 practice
