  • 5:35 As an Indian, this instagram page is absolutely batshit crazy but i do want to inform you about the Indian numeral system for using commas or separators in numbers and those are indeed not decimals Starting from the right, the commas appear after 3 numbers at first, and then after 2 numbers consequently It goes like units, tens, hundreds, thousands, lakhs, ten lakhs, crores, ten crores, and so on So 4,00,000 is actually four lakhs and it can be converted to the international system as 400 thousand Edit: i just realised that they wrote 4,00,00 which is as wrong as everything else they typed out 😭✋

  • 7:07 for anyone still watching this video, they actually did mess up here. It was supposed to say “Mexico CITY is shrinking” not the entire country. For anyone wondering why, it’s because Mexico City was I belive built on a lake and it’s slowly sinking as it gets heavier

  • Fun fact: the sulfenic acid in onions is attracted to nearest water sources(in this case our eyes) where the acid reacts with water to form a dilute solution of sulphuric acid, so to avoid your eyes from tearing up, try keeping a damp towel near you while cutting onions, this will provide a much closer water source than your eyes for the sulfenic acid. The more you know :)

  • I watched a documentary about this Indian guy who may claim not food have ever 70 times in a year. He was so stressed that I feel calm for messing up sentences on purpose and no fear for mistakes. Ever. Actually I wanted to say that he probably couldn't get why he was surrounded by people recording him while he is staying in his room and everyone was so exited. That should be confusing. And imagine also how old he is, so it makes it even more scarier for him. He was trying to meditate at moments probably to free himself from all this stress but all the journalists were thinking how special he is and definitely this is one of the things helped him stay hydrated 70 years without water.
