As sad as this video is to see, poor keepers are the reason they are trying to legislate and regulate the reptile market. I appreciate this video more than you know. It shows a different side not only to Tikis, but that just because you are out there hustling on the breeding side, doesn't mean you are not hustling on the back side too. Really think you should post more content like this in the future.
People surrender animals here all the time and Daniella is also a licensed wildlife rehabilitator here. The reason I don't put out this content out as much is because it is not what I like to watch lol If this video does good we will definitely record more animal rescues/rehabilitations.

One of my mom’s tenants left their gecko in her rental property. Luckily we are gecko lovers, and we were able to find a home for it. It appeared to be in good health, but I don’t think the owners ever fed them wet food

It makes me so sad to see the state that apartment was in. Thoughts like "How could someone do this?" immediately come to mind. I don't even leave my animals alone for one day. My bearded dragon sleeps in a cat bed with a fluffy blanket next to me at night 😅 I research ahead of time and prepare the proper enclosure before purchasing an animal. I wish everyone could do the same, and while I am happy you guys intervened and saved these snakes, I can't help but be saddened by how often this happens and how many neglected animals have died or are dying under these conditions. Thanks for all you do, peace.
We rescue dogs, have 9 atm. Mostly 10 yrs and up is our target age. So sad seeing the animal at the time of rescue... I will never understand how people can just up and leave or not care for the animal entrusted to them. Been eyeing your store for close to a week now, thinking... I might have to have another reptile or so in my life. Studying what it takes to be responsible owner or possible small breeder. Your store is so far the top of my list. Thanks for sharing this type of content once in a while so people can see...

You guys are great saving those snakes. I can’t believe people doing that to the animals. If you can’t take care of them than re home them. It really pissed me off. When I had my burnout I re homed my snakes because it was difficult to take care of myself that time and I cared for my snakes I didn’t want them to get sick.

Awesome job on rescuing those snakes and bringing them back to health a person that abandoned animals like that shouldn't have animals not trying to be mean or disrespectful or upset anyone, no animal deserves that kind of abuse or any abuse at all, just glad there are hobbyists out there looking out for these reptiles and other animals, even I doing a lot research on animals to see what's best for them, if I can meet their needs or afford it to keep them happy and healthy.

Poor babies. Its so sad that people just dump their animals so often. I took in a beautiful Peruvian boa a few years ago who was found in the same way. He had so much loose skin from being in a box for months. He was rehomed to someone who loved him when he recovered.

That's how I got my ball python. She was left in a house for months. She is is very skinny. Went to petsmart today to get her supplies and food. Ate for the first time in who knows how long

Im 14 and and used to have a snake and rn i have two geckos leopard&cresty i dont have much to work with setup wise but my leopard gecko has been here with me for a whole year now and she’s healthy and happy and moves around alot im just surprised that theres people who can provide so much better for there reptiles yet they have them in such bad conditions if i had these lil babys i would care for them so much just makes me sad people fr dont care now and days so disappointing

I just don't understand how people think that they can just throw away any living breathing animal even though it's a reptile or a cat or dog it's awful how people think it's ok . Well it's not ok they all depend on us after we take on the responsibility of owning them shame on people I hope karma comes fast to people that does this to all these poor animals that are thrown away like trash

The owner either died or got put in prison. They had nice setups and morph market stickers etc so i'm sure he was taking care of them.
