Thanku soooo much guys for these exercises. 2 yrs ago I joined healthyfy me n I got fantastic results .I lost 8 kgs but after sometime I quit. I am a teacher. But due to my poor health I quit my job n now I am house maker. I don't get time Or u can say I hv become lazy for my workouts. Again I gained 5 kgs. Now I wanted to do some easy workouts n u people hv provided me that platform from where I can learn n transform my body. Thanku😊😊

Hey Guys, after delivery my lower body is changed. Now it is 2 year completed. My tummy looks like a soggy bread dough and love handles covered with lots of fat. Apart form this exercise any other exercise I should do for good results. Regards

Yes it work but u need patience,yes I took one month to loose more than 2kg but less than 3kg but if u add some other exercise with it ,it will work more rapid n I just avoided sugar for one month with proper diet

@@user-no8fi1yw7z My diet is to avoid sugar,outside food,rice. And I eat only 2 chapttis in breakfast and 2 chapati in lunch and 2 in dinner and whenever you will fill hunger then you have to eat fruit only and from 65.800 kg now I am 57.250kg by following this diet only simple home food

@@ankitaprajapati4553 yes ofcourse dear☺️ morning 7 am =morning drink (jeera water) ,9 am =breakfast (besan chila , poha , oats apple smoothie, sandwich with brown bread ) mid morning= any seasonal fruit...then lunch 1 to 2 pm = oats roti with any sabji and dal also salad one plate (you can take also chicken if you are non vegetarian) ... evening 4:30= u can take tea and roasted makhana ....and fr dinner u should complete it before 7 pm u can take (veg Dalia, grilled chicken, grilled paneer,chana chaat, soup and and one plate salad and 9 pm ...again take drink (night drink) u can take jeera water again and also dalchini water and squeeze lemon 👍☺️hope dear it will work on you ❤️
