    • yo alex! been following you a few months now and your a big inspiration, i had lost about 100 pounds back in 2017-18 went from 250 to 150, worked my self back up to about 190ish right before the covid lockdowns then everything went down hill now im working my self back down to 200ish

  • Oftentimes I feel like people who get featured in videos tend to be forgotten. I can confidently say that Owen has not been forgotten. I loved seeing Noah and Owen being buds way back then, and seeing them still kicking it is amazing. Love that for them.

  • When Roman said, "I pray to you, but I don't know you" that legit sent shivers throughout my entire body. I grew up praying as well and going to church every single Sunday and I still do, but I still feel like I haven't built that relationship with God and I know it's because I haven't gone out of my way to find it. Maybe this was sign to finally do so.

  • Noah is such a Genuine kid so is Owen. Roman has always been a huge inspiration when it comes to being a good father. I have a 5 year old and a 3 year old and I sometimes feel as if im not doing enough as a father. But watching Roman over the course of the last 7 years has definitely taught me a lot.

  • Out of all of your podcasts this was definitely my favorite one. I’ve never heard of Alex, but was hearing how he pursues God and wants to know tell people about God and the comfortability that you and Alex have with just being able to talk about him is. Moving because I have a hard time talking about it go to church every Sunday. I am involved in my church on their Sundays, Thursdays or any event that they need help with so you guys being open with your faith and be able to talk about it please help me, want to be able to share the love of God.
