  • Fury ducks people, Joshua doesn't. There is no disgrace in Joshua's three losses, in Usyk's case he was fighting a highly technical, experience, smaller, faster, Usyk who has supreme distance control, timing, efficiency, angles and stamina...and would probably outbox most heavyweights...and Usyk is used to dealing with big punchers, who are even more mobile and fast from the cruiserweight division. As for Ruiz, Ruiz is fast, powerful, athletic, durable and fluid and again has good distance control and stamina...despite his poor dietary discipline. Ruiz can also kick the crap out of everyone in the division. Joshua fought an old Klitschko but he was still a Klitschko who was athletic and powerful and would have beaten most heavyweights...The Klitschko who fought Joshua was older but better and more motivated...and Fury dodged the rematch. You pick holes in the records of all heavyweights, that their opponents were old etc... But Joshua in general has taken on big fights. Fury has only really beaten an old Klitschko and a very one dimensional Wilder...he has not faced other danger men of the division such as Zhang, Joyce, Dubois, Usyk, Ruiz etc. Joshua is clearly now risk averse in his mentality and style as his answer made clear here, but Joshua has always been dedicated to hard training and conditioning and improvement and learning.

Ruiz destroyed his confidence and I’d cheer him on against wilder but unless he knocks him out wilder will knock him out end of. I fancy my Brixton man whyte to win in august too

    • Main thing Joshua needs and he may already have now is a good sports psychologist , he has all the tools to beat anyone in the division , just needs to make the right choices and believe in himself , once all comes together and I know the clock is ticking then anything is possible , I know from experience in other sports where we have turned around athletes fortunes proving the critics wrong , when athletes train their mind as much as their body you see the results , AJ seems in a better place now and even though I’m not a diehard AJ fan I would love to see him shut Jelly Belly up for good and expose the pikey Prince who doesn’t have the conviction to back up his words

But I don’t think we in the UK are in any position morally to judge other nations because Britain has done far worse in history. usyk seems a lot more genuine than fury. Fury is dishonest cheating fraud full of shit. Cheated in all his big fights with drugs and glove tricks and now he’s ducking. Nobody wants to see him fight mma fighter cz it’s boring. He wins in the ring and they win in the cage.

He is not like other fighters who always talk great about themselves, or only talk about money. That is why his fans like him the way he is.

Compare Kilichkos upper cut received from AJ Usyk fight there was no punch that really connected to him. Even though Usyk is fast AJ never took the fight to Usyk Then lost 2nd fight through similar thing.

    • The problem with Fury being this complete fighter, is that he rarely fights top opposition and killers. He's not consistent and he drains fighters with his b.s and diva antics so much that when he ducks fighters they get fed up and move on. Fury still has a lot to prove and should never be compared to someone like Ali. Ali set the standard of taking on all comers at their best no ducking.
