People complaining about his voice....lol. These guys are approaching 80 years old!!!! The fact that he's still out there doing this is unbelievable.

@@garyowens1517 I agree.
Totally agree! I think he sounds very good!
I agree. I've seen McCartney a few times over the years and it is clear he has lost some power and his range has declined...but this is quite normal. I think Jagger is pretty much the only one of his generation who has kind of bucked the trend for this. At the end of the day, I was there and I'll always remember it. Such a fantastic night.
I agree¡😉
How is Ringo just jogging on stage like that at 78?? There’s nothing of him 80 years old! He’s forever young!

Ringo and Paul .... a friendship that goes back longer than many of us have been alive.

❤Precious Paul: Peace ✌️ & Love to you BOYS!
I dont care that Paul has lost a piece of that incredible voice , what a catalogue of amazing songs he has given us that the world will enjoy as long as there is a world. Forever young. Rave on Mr. McCartney and not forgetting Ringo and Ronnie .
Well said
Reminds me of Pete Seeger. He’d lost much of his voice to age but kept singing and just got the audience to sing with him. It’s more than listening to a song. It’s an entire shared experience.
Yeah people buying tickets are not there to see a rising cutting edge band at the peak of their ability. They are there to enjoy the soundtrack of their youth.
Some people above said in person his voice was much stronger. I wonder if this isn't the end of the set, and his voice is a bit tired. Most special appearances are towards the end of shows.
I saw Paul live at firefly in 2015 and he was on fire! A
Forget what once was..stop comparing Paul's voice to yesterdays... one day he wont be with us anymore..be thankful we can still enjoy this man
@alanrtment porter how were the 60s like man? Depending on where you lived in the US, UK or elsewhere what was the change like in the whole counter culture peace and love movement?

Of course his voice changed, but I wouldn't say, it sounds bad, still simply good, just different.

Love the Ronnie Wood touch, so distinctively Stones and who cares if Paul’s voice is not his 30 year old version, he’s freakin 80 and still singing the songs in the same key and with passion.
76 here
And in tune! I think he’s doing great.
What did he say about the Beatles before Paul introduced Ringo?
He's 80❗️. Never noticed.
Haha!! Bet his voice was better the first 2 hours!!!
So here's the scene: you're at a Paul McCartney concert at the 02 Arena, one of the greatest performance venues in the UK not named Wembley. You find out that Sir Paul is bringing out Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood for a song. He's not done yet, though. Here comes the other surviving Beatle to join in and play one of the Beatles' best songs from their later years. How could you NOT love this? They're still alive, they're still playing and I still love seeing stuff like this. Rock on, gentlemen!
This 3 together have more rock and roll in them than the whole 2000/2010s decade
Nah, even though they are amazing
Perhaps until today...
Impossible to watch this without smiling :)

Seeing Paul and Ringo performing together is a rare privilege. The first time I saw them together was over 50 years ago. I think they had two other guys with them. They were pretty good too.
I’d like to hear the story of seeing them live.
Yeah, just some little ol' band from Liverpool . Who'd a thought❓️
Just a couple of mostly unknowns, I suspect.
I think their names were John and George.
Watching this after seeing Peter Jackson's film, then watching the 1969 rooftop concert makes me appreciate seeing the two surviving Beatles all the more. Paul & Ringo... Thank you for being. 💯❤️

I’ve read multiple remarks about Paul’s voice being less than stellar on this song, and they’re right. Buuuut... he puts on a long show - well over 2 hours, he’s singing on every bloody song of the show, he’s touring, meaning he’s singing at least a few times per week, and this is the encore. I say give it up for THE MAN! I’m sure the audience was happy he played for so long that night. They got their money’s worth. And what a fantastic legendary encore it was!!!
His voice has not been on point for a couple years now, but what can we expect from such a long career?
You’re probably right, but he enjoys it, his fans enjoy it .... It’s been said that if you find an occupation you love, you’ll never have to work a day your life. Having said that, Paul has nothing to retire from. Wish I could say that.
I saw him about 15 years ago and with the show he puts on, I was surprised his voice lasted that long! 15 years later? I'm surprised he has ANY voice left. This guy doesn't slow down and it's one song after another.
Ron Pippin
Paul never did have the best voice, but then as others have said his performance value is incredible.
After so many years, Ringo and Paul are obviously still connected at the brain. Incredible show!
Ringo is surely the COOLEST guy on the planet! THREE LIVING LEGENDS on stage!
*my heart melts when ringo and paul hugged each other.*

@ajie cahyono Who cares? These guys name will be forever known. Your mom knows your name. You are nobody to the world outside of your own DNA strand, at best.
for any of you self-proclaimed experts on music,it's simply amazing that anyone almost 80 can still play, and another 70+ man can sing. Most of the musicians half their age can't sound this good nowadays.2 Beatles + 1 Stone= Magic!
And Paul still - apparently - sings all the tunes in their original keys, which were sometimes high enough when he was 20, let alone his current age.
Couldn't agree more Paul Ringo n Ronnie have created sooooo much joy for the world over the last 50 plus years that it doesn't matter to me what they sound like. I'm just grateful that they're still with us and I super-appreciate every moment that I get to see them. I watched the September 2018 McCartney nyc concert on KZhead and I was just saddened by how mean spirited some of the comments were about Paul's voice and other things. Anonymity gives some people "license " to write things that they wouldn't dare to say publicly . Unfortunately that's the world we live in today Well my response is PEACE AND LOVE AND BEATLES AND ROLLING STONES FOREVER 🎸🎵🎶🎵🎶❤❤❤🎸
Agreed. Still blows my mind that Paul is still touring, I feel lucky to be alive while he's still active in music

All the blues and jazz musicians were still performing well past their 60s in the 60s idk why rock would be any different
And then there was two.. 😌 imagine having the pleasure of seeing two of the Beatles live on stage, literally inspired all the bands you love and listen to now.
I fully treasure it every time I think about it. And what a surprise it was that night.
Amazing he has a voice at all after all the years of night after night performing for hours and giving it his all. Plus writing and recording . This man doesn’t quit and I love him for it. Rock on Paul and Ringo and Ron Wood as well.
Anyone else love all the small moments between Ringo and Paul? They've always done well together as friends and musicians! AND we have a stone too? Nice! :D
they are NOT real friends...you really dont know the history of The Beatles do you?
Now that's a thought, the surviving Stones playing together with the surviving Beatles...Jagger, Richards, McCartney, Starr, Wood and Watts alternating between Beatles and Stones classics....could bring in Eric Clapton as well.

@@triumphadelic It's you who really don't know your history. Aside from a few arguments c1969/1970, Paul and Ringo have always been the best of friends. I'm glad you had a nice time there. I had a ticket for the show, but gave it away a few hrs before the show. I love Paul but dislike concerts ( crowds and social anxiety etc ) the thought of attending a concert with that many people started to dawn on me. Got too much and decided it was not for me, let someone else experience it that will feel comfortable at the show.
I saw him in 2009 and wondered the same thing! He never left the stage for the entire show!
How lucky you were!

@Stork Legs This is what music sounded like before autotune. He's not perfect, but I'd hellish love to be in that gig. If you want him to retire, why spoil it for us who do enjoy it?
@Stork Legs Whats the point in even debating this with you? You clearly think you know what I should enjoy. To me the only measure of music is whether people enjoy it, or take something from it, and clearly millions of people still take something from McCartney's music, and that's probably more people than will ever enjoy either of our music. I don't buy a ticket to a seventy year olds gig and expect a 20 year olds vocal. I want to his his voice age. I respect that he still plays his songs, all in the original keys. Good man, a true performer.
@Stork Legs As will you, my good man, many years from now.
All I can is I got goosebumps, loved them when I was 13 and still do at 73. 🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️
The older I get, the more I realize - rock & roll is very much about the music you make … but equally about how long you’re willing to make music. These guys are bonafide rock stars jamming (in their mid-to-late 70s) one of the most kick ass rock songs ever written. They’ve stood the test of time - and, are still standing!
Together they are 300 years old and still rocking!
Are you counting the stiffs?
That must be new math
Дело не в этом о талантливых неба
Sir Paul here at 76 and still gives longer shows than a whiney pop "singer".
And Ringo is 78 and running across stage!
And both are still playing hard. I always find that older bands have that "going through the motions" feel, whereas Sir Paul always gets into it. It's inspiring, to be honest.
Exactly!
How can you not love this guy's!!!!!!
@Jim lastname - He will be 80 in 2020. Born in July 1940. Paul will be 77 in June, born in 1942.
Still a kickass song. John, George, Billy Preston, Lord, let them know they are missed.
LOVE THE BEATLES : RINGO IS MY FAVORITE..... Paul has the same birthday as my two sons.. first one and last one... exactly 21 years apart... 1993 and 2014.....
I love Ronnie. While Paul is doing the intros he’s going round saying hello to the band. Such a nice bloke.
Thanks for the love and support, I’m grateful and blessed to have you. Stay Safe!

I love Ringo's energy!
Us that grew up I was 9 or 10 when I first saw them, tried to get into a concert with they came to Denver couldn't even get close to getting in, now I'm 70 and go to the tribute band show's I still play my guitar and sing and Paul still sounds better than me.
I saw Ringo a few years back with my dad. After that I show I now understood exactly what was so special about the Beatles. Simply Amazing
There’s still something magic about them playing together.
Paul McCartney with Ringo and Vox amps behind him! Perfect!
The Beatles' rhythm section, in full bloom.
I’m watching this video by myself and am smiling ear to ear. 💗 so much love
'British Invasion' revisited. I had to smile . . . hearing Ron Wood's Rolling-Stone's flair on a Beatle's song. So cool!
Yes, at times the voice is shaky, and he can't necessarily hit the high notes at will, the way he used to, butPaul's voice still amazes. He wrote many of those songs in his 20's and 30's. Did you think he'd still be singing them today? I doubt he did either, as he often said in interviews that he's be surprised to last in the rock and roll business till 40. (That statement seems laughable now.) He is 76, and gives 3 hour concerts, night after night. I saw him three nights in a row last year, and he didn't even pause to take a drink of water. On night 3, I was more tires than he was, and I'm 20 years younger. On "Egypt Station", his voice does not show that hint of shakiness because these days, he writes for what his voice can do these days. Let's just all be thankful that he is still willing to go out there and give so many fans so much joy. I'll keep going as long as he is willing, and I won't focus on what he can no longer do, but be appreciative for what he can, and enjoy every minute of it.
I absolutely agree. And only wish I could see Paul live. At his age.. Even the younger bands from the 80s their singer's voice isn't what it was and I read terrible things about them..like Steve Perry.. It's unfair really.. The fact that Paul still loves playing..still writes. Records and travels the world when certainly doesn't need the cash. Earns my respect..
@@chrismonk8446 Mine too. But the key to Paul seems to be that he loves being on stage and performing. He will do it until his body gives out, because it's what he loves best.
He wrote a few Beatles songs in his teens. I think he wrote "I'll follow the Sun" at about 15 or 16.
Well said and I'm grateful that I saw him on Ed Sullivan in 1964 with his 3 mates.
It kinda makes me wonder why he never take a pause to drink water. It must be dehydrating af
"I smile, I play me instrument, people love me." What a life! 😊
Thanks for the love and support, I’m grateful and blessed to have you. Stay Safe!
I love the little head movements that ringo still does after all these years
Hello 🤗
Forever in our lives Beatles and Rolling Stones
Nice to read " Beatles and Rolling Stones" and not any more, like so often, "Beatles vs. Rolling Stones".
The Fabulous R I N G O !!
Ronnie Wood is one of the greatest, underrated musicians of all time !!!He played bass with Jeff Beck, played lead guitar and countless other instruments with The Faces and Rod Stewart, and then kept The Rolling Stones tight for over 30 yrs. !!!!
You are 100% right Ronnie Wood might be the most underrated artist on this planet, because he is always in Keith's shadow But the best thing about Ronnie is: He is a TEAMPLAYER, so in the end he is as important for the Stones as Mick, Keith or Charlie Greetings from Austria, my friend
@@robertwiesler381 Both Ron and Keith are mediocre, but Keith was more inventive.
@@robertwiesler381 Well I prefer the Mick Taylor years in the Stones to the time Ronnie Wood has stolen a living ;)
@Gary Osterbauer Was that the guy from the Yardbirds' brother? Apart from your mad capital letters, you have shown us all that you have sipped from the Fountain of Ignorance.
@Gary Osterbauer Buggered if I can see any mistakes in my capitel lEtTeRz,
Just saw Ringo in NYC in June 2022. Looked & sounded great at 83!
