I feel like it is Jari because she was always turned down for a hangout and she probably got sick and tired of it and followed them around until she saw them doing a crime and took pictures to show them and make them wonder when she spoke to Ari she was sounding mad suspicious and once she get caught or reveal herself she’s probably going to blackmail them, use it against them or get revenge
But at the same time I also have a feeling it can probably be Cam because he was never around and we don’t know if his “family emergency” is actually true and Ari is only defending him because it’s her boyfriend. Miya was trying to break up Omarion and Romans fight and Ari pulled her back and Miya hit the pole making her pass out and the theory is they thought she was dead and buried her under leaves, but she didn’t die I’m guessing and is trying to scare them for what they did to her but Miya might go to jail because she’s stalking them and is also putting out false information about being missing and dead. Another story is the police also know what happened, because Miya went to tell the police that they tried to bury her and is trying to get them little by little and is hiring Miya to take the pictures and send them to eachother so they can have more evidence with the court. Another theory is that Miya, Ari, seraph and everybody else have been mean and ignoring her so she might be trying to get her payback by scaring them, and making them pay for how they treated her
