I wouldn't necessarily call the principal a villain,more so broken. You can see that in the episodes before,he was nice and calm with their antics. In this episode, I think he just broke and wanted the pranksters permanently out. However,he then realised he did it a bit too late as the pranksters were now becoming nicer.
