ABOUT BON APPÉTIT
Bon Appétit is a highly opinionated food brand that wants everyone to love cooking and eating as much as we do. We believe in seasonal produce, properly salted pasta water, and developing recipes that anyone can make at home.
I truly feel for whoever has accidentally kicked over that Al Pastor stool in the middle of service... you know it's happened at least once. lol
You should see the one where a dog takes a big bite 😂😂 of the ‘’trompo’’
I could listen to her talk all day about food
La comida mexicana la mejor del mundo.
Incredible! Love this, more please.
Looks incredibly delicious
Delicious video! I want to go and eat their tacos 😊 thank you for sharing 😊
Love your content🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤
Butane flavor is essential for an authentic Mexico city style tripa taco
More of these video please
Chingones, por llevar los verdaderos sabores de México, y porque están triunfando. Saludos!
Now I'm craving for tacos 🤤
Hot Tip / Pro Tip: They add Pineapple to the stacked El Pastor, not just for flavor, but also to tenderize the slices of meat, which are typically cheaper (tougher) cuts, since this is a (delicious) working class meal!
Hahahahah the salsa verde, people thinks its quacamole😂😂😂
Guacamole *
Same way I thought wasabi was guacamole when I was a kid eating sushi
Yum!
I love your videos.
Eso chingones!! Que cool ver representación en este canal!
¡Qué rico! Saludos desde Cancún
Yes Jeff!
Al Pastor is like "how can we take shawarma but make it as 7aram as possible? 👿"
Stacking the meat with a lot of flavor 👍
This place looks out of this world!
Wow, I've walked all over and never happened upon this, i don't walk towards Oak LOL. Guess i need to now.
*Cries in Crohns disease* watching while i eat my plain toast and apple sauce 😢...

Shout out action bronson
In brooklyn...
I wanna eat 🥹
Claustrophobic
Looks like the meat is prepared similar to shawarma.
Lebanese (ottoman empire people also) brought these technique of cooking to Mexico. Which the Mexican culture started to use pork instead of lamb meat
Do it in mexico
No
Okay
La dueña suena a persona que estudió comunicación en la ibero goey
a huevo jaja habla fresa hasta en inglés
There’s no way they sell 50-100 Tacos on a busy day they gotta be selling more. Especially if that trompo can have 200 pounds of meat
She said they around 1500 tacos a day.
👍💯👍💯👍💯👍💯👍💯💯👍💯👍
I went once and the owners were drunk.
Nice 😂
My kind of place
everything but Asada
Cost more, chilangos are cheap 😂
La Senora sounds more Pinay than Mexicana
Filipino accent is worse
Calling Latinos!!! Is 'tripa' really intestines, or is it just tripe? I like tripe, but I don't like (large) intestines.
*Tripa* is literally the small intestine. *Tripe* is the cow stomach lining. Tripa tacos are absolutely delicious! Ask for them crispy. That's the pro move. Tripe is also delicious in a different way. Better in soups or stews since it takes longer to cook. We eat as much of the animal as possible and respect the sacrifice of the animals life for our sustenance.
@@714milky Thanks for that comprehensive reply. You've convinced me to give tripa a try. Tripe I'm already familiar with in Chinese cuisine. Delicious.
So during the day they add raw meat that needs hours to be cooked in the choricera along with the already cooked rmeat that is ready to be served? Mhhh I guess I would stick to al pastor and nopales.
I was looking in the comments to see if anyone else noticed this. Food safety nightmare.
Y’all ain’t never cooked with burning hot lard😂
Traditional cooking. That’s why it’s so flavorful!
2:02 Had what?
Vinegar
@@MrNathancast Pretty sure she used the n-word
@@BonShulaNo she clearly said vinegar you weirdo, you just heard what you wanted to hear
@@BonShulahow would that even make sense in context for her to say it? 😅
@@reginabillottiMaybe she is used to say it. Either that or she listens to rap music
This is fake, I've seen what a real restaurant looks like on The Bear. "Chef need that ham sam, Chef the mayonnaise is rancid, Chefs we open in 5 minutes.....CHEF CHEF CHEF!!!!!
I don't see a lot of Mexican here, other than tortillas. You sure this is not Arab cuisine?
nopales are famously eaten by arabs all over the world
i'm pretty sure the Mexican owners of this place know whether their cuisine is Mexican or not
you must be mentally challenged if you think this isn’t Mexican food
Are you thick in the head
Arab immigrants brought the vertical spindle roaster with them to Mexico City to make shawarma with lamb, beef, or chicken. Mexican street cooks liked what they saw and tasted, and then adapted the tool and used it to make Al Pastor. It’s not that weird or controversial.
