HIT - Extremely Strong Log Splitter

2023 ж. 21 Қаз.

A wood splitter is a very helpful tool, especially if you have knotty wood.
We used a lot of steel to build our splitter to make the whole thing very stable. The main frame is 2 steel C-sections 160 mm and a flat bar 200x12.
The gear is driven by a 2.2 kW gear motor with an output speed of 20 revolutions per minute.
The toothed rack is a 2 x M4 (40x40) module, unhardened, and the gears of the same module have 18 teeth.

  • Nice and clean build! I tought you were doing one of those pretty crazy flywheel splitters. So nice to see that it was gear driven and operating at a sensible speed. The table at the end to catch the wood is great! that is a back saver. If you throw the split firewood on a table or other raised area/equipment, the person moving the firewood to the storage shed don't have to bend over. That is also nice.

  • Absolutely the best design and build splitter I have ever seen !!! You are very creative ! How you made everything fit together is mind boggling !! You plan and see things 4 steps ahead to make it all work.

  • Travis, God loves you. I love you. The ninja nation loves you. Fear and doubt are Satans tools. Do not fall prey to his influences. Just a hint from a military guy who has been on the 2 way rifle range. I tell my wife that I dont worry about things. If I have a worry, she will be on the floor babbling and drowning in a pool of her own mess. Quit worrying. Warriors understand that life and death are two sides of the same coin. Either way, we win as a child of God. The truth you speak is a blessing for those with the ear to hear. I will be plain and simple. The time to hear Gods message of life is coming to a close. I pray that those reading my message to you comprehend this and make amends and heed the message. Peace to you and your family this holiday season. May God bless you and keep you. May he make his light shine upon you.
