    • Dake teaches this in his defensive wins instructional. Basically when Burroughs shot a low single, Dake had little time to react so he opted to drive the knee of his shot on leg into the trap and grab a chest wrap. If he comes up he sags his butt down, if he drives forwards he raises his hips which Burroughs did and he opted to throw which is one of Dake’s best throws.

    @xJester23@xJester233 жыл бұрын
    • Ties are settled by criteria. If u have a 4 point throw within your scoring and the other person doesnt, then you win on criteria. If noone has a 4 pt throw then the last to score wins. Criteria is used because noone wants guys trying to force overtime matches. It encourages action within the regulation 6 minutes.

    • He lost by criteria dake had a better valued take down which was that 4pt chest wrap throw while Burroughs only had (two) 2pt take downs and (two) 1pt step outs

    • T levels cut down drastically if the intensity of the activity is long enough. That’s why studies came out that 40-45 min of gym is enough anything more than that is detrimental to ur T levels. Like marathon runners they took a blood serum and saw their T levels cut in half due to the long distance. Their cortisol levels where still high the next day and the muscle tissue breakdown was still active a day later . Scary shit. Body can’t manage that ton of work unless ur on steriods .

    • This used to happen to me after I'd go hard in the weight room in high school. (No roids) probably something to do with release of testosterone though. Maybe causing levels to drop and thus your voice to get higher.
