  • Felt like Jordan didn't give everything. LIke he had less hunger but I think that's the cause of his age and he's content with all he has achieved. It's one thing to be a champion but to maintain it is insane, and Jordan did that for over a decade. He deserved a hero's welcome and exit not booing. He didn't do anything that warranted that so much

  • I'm from State College and I also respect Jordan Burroughs like crazy! He was the standard for USA wrestling for a good while now! Its sad to see him lose, but he had his time and now its others time to shine! Hope nothing but the best for Burroughs and his family though! Hes definitely a true legend of the sport, especially when you know his story and not 1 college was even recruiting him out of high school! To accomplish what he has, is amazing!!!!

  • I was there. Too many obnoxious or drunk Penn State fans being disrespectful to Burroughs. My row (121 BB) and the drunkest bunch of dudes and chicks and these were people in the late 50’s or 60’s. JB’s son was sitting behind me with Kenny Monday’s family and hopefully he didn’t hear those idiots.

  • I remember Islam makhachev saying that Jordan only has double leg takedowns and that's pretty much showing here. If he can't go for that he's not able to do much else. Nolf definitely figured that out and gave him nothing.

  • Jordan's time has passed. He ain't active, swift and sharp anymore. Even if he wins the trials, he wouldn't be able to win Olympics. He couldn't score multiple times on the edge against Nolf. Terrible performance of himself.
