  • Not only are these great moves on their own and in combination with each other, but many of them allow you to reverse engineer scarier stuff through progressive reduction of reliance. Eventually you won't have to twist the cheat gainer and it'll just become a regular gainer and then a flat backflip. Super helpful for mental barriers at the cost of a slight bit more work overall
