Just switched to Verizon and went from apple to Android. After research i loved the S21 Ultra more and had to go with it. Only a little over 24hrs with it, but i love it. Never switching back to apple

I watched the the tear down of the s10e on injured gadgets video a year ago. I was impressed with the phones simple design and well put together design. He uses a heat pad to soften the glue . I have never seen a heat pad . The use of a playing card as tool was also impressive. I like your video as well. The phone was naturally more complicated to work with. The lens cover you scratched HI into I heard that the lens covers have no special glass covering it . Good Teard down as always 🙂😎

The removal of expandable memory is a big turn off for me, that's one of the main reasons why I like samsung. I guess I'll be looking somewhere else when the time to upgrade comes.

I got the s20 ultra recently and it's a big reason why I'm very happy with the purchase. The camera quality overall will be almost identical considering the cameras are the same. Atleast the main one, and I keep that expandable memory slot.
It can't be a turn-off 'cause according to Zack, it's an "incremental improvement" as he says that this phone only has incremental improvements.
One of the nice things about expandable storage is the ease of switching phones. You still have to download all your apps but your data (pictures, movies, documents, etc) moves on the SD card. It's a trend I don't like seeing but other than voting with your wallet I don't know how to discourage it. I think they tried it on the Galaxy S6 (one of them) and sales were poor. They added it back on the next phone. It could happen again.

I've own both the s20 ultra 5g and the s21 ultra 5g I've had for a week or so now and I actually love it, the experience of the phone software wise Is very similar if not the same as the s20 ultra but the hardware/cosmetics side the s21 feels way smoother to handle and the camera bump on the s21 makes it more comfortable to hold and use on a daily basis, the speaker grill on the s20 is very thin but it's still slightly noticeable on the s21 it's very hard to see so it's very sleek, also the fingerprint scanner being bigger and faster is very noticeable the Lazer auto focus is very nice overall the changes are very small but there's a lot of small changes on the s21 but all of them add up, it's a very solid phone and I much prefer the s21 ultra over the s20 ultra, I've owned every flagship samsung s series for a few years now and I must say compared to previous years the difference between the s20 ultra and s21 ultra is a actually noticeable difference

Hi Zack, I am curios on how the wireless coild are placed. This view in phones gives me an idea on where to place metal plates for magnetic car mounts. Placing the metallic plates on top of the coil disrupts the wireless charging

My guess for the 2 coils is that one is a wireless charging coil and the other is NFC since on the S21 Ultra NFC is in the middle.

Hey Zack, there are 2 types of 5G: Sub-6 and mmWave 5G, so even though the international version doesn't have the mmWave antennas, it still technically has 5G.

Hi Techies, Kindly help me with this question. Does the charge control system come within the smartphone/laptop or within the adapter? I have set up DC solar system in my home recently and I am not confident enough to recharge my smartphone & laptop with a Buck converter instead of the original adapter. If the charge control system comes inside of a smartphone and laptop I can use a Buck converter to recharge them, but I am not sure about that, so kindly help.

Question for you, I dropped my s21 ultra from my desk (3 feet off the ground) it was in a case and just got bump shock if anything. I know that when you insert the sim tool through the hole of the microphone it will not be damaged, but could you explain if there is something in the hole and also what it hits at the end when you insert the tool, clearly something feels that there is inside of the hole.
Still using mine and love it Am in no rush to upgrade.
