Coach Brandon Morg (IG: @Bmorg33)
"By far the most meaningful milestone of my lifting career. A 500+ pound bench press has been a grand goal of mine for over 10 years now and on this day I finally accomplished it. I can’t even begin to explain how grateful I am to have this team around me. It was even more meaningful to accomplish this feat in front of my friends and colleagues. Now it’s time to see how much further I can push load in the weeks to follow👊"

  • The very best lifters all share a trait, their true maxes look the same as their 30%, 50%, 80% whatever RM’s.

    • Or 12 years of hard work and dedication without taking more than 72 hours away from the gym during that whole time. 🙄

    • @@Laura-st2qc yeah, never missed the day? that is kind a special too, besides perfect lifting Equipment from a gym that would be 70$ or more a month besides possibilities of perfect health and recovery and zero sickness in 12 years? or maybe as suggested
