"Yeah, but they were all bad" Still crack's me up
The look on his face...😅
"Are we gonna die?" "Yup." "I'd say it's working."
@@ktmmatt7243 you know it's working when your husband says yeah, they are going to kill us🤣🤣🤣

And looks like he feels guilty for picking his handcuffs 😆
Arnold's greatest movie in my humble opinion. Him and James Cameron together are cinematic gold.
100% agree
It’s a good movie but Predator is #1, then id say terminator 1 and 2
little details help build the character. he refers to the instrument with the correct name, ie the patterson trocar. any other filmakers would not have capitalized on that moment. they'd have him say "sharp instrument" or something for the sake of the audience
What about jingle all the way 😂😂
Agreed!!!
The way Arnold says “yep” always makes me laugh.
True lies is one of those movies that you just have to stop and watch if you’re switching through channels on your TV… Love it!
And that scene with Jamie Lee dangling from da choppuh' is one for the ages!
crimson jihad always makes me laugh
@@rockpadstudios yeah, Jay E double-u subliminal messaging

@@rockpadstudios LOL, shoot the entire video and the batteries were dead. 🙂
This was Arnolds best performance BY FAR. I love this film. Bill Paxton is a GEM
“…make you want to stand up and BEG FOR BUTTERMILK!”
I think it was Jamie Lee Curtis' best film also
@@Laceykat66hands down the best part was the limo driving on the bridge. “HARRY!!! THE BRIDGE IS OUT😱😱”
“I’M NAVEL LINT!” should have won Bill an Oscar.
can't believe bill paxton left us already. way too soon
I love how he did exactly what he said he would do and they still couldn't stop him. Plus how proud he sounded when he was like "I picked them!" lol
by the time he started, there was no more bullshit talking, just did it fast!
I think it was the fact the guy was shocked at the picked locks because he likely thought it was him being boisterous about what he wanted to do.
I've never been one to overestimate Arnold's acting abilities, but rewatching this scene shows me he's actually got some chops. Voice and facial expressions were quite good!
the "i swear" had such a great authenticity to it...
I think one list I saw claimed he had a 125 IQ. And I've heard stories about his generosity. While shooting Total Recall, he noticed that Michael Ironside was making phone calls between every take, so he confronted his co-star. Turns out that Ironside was worried because his sister had recently been diagnosed with Cancer. So Arnie called for a halt to the shoot, took Michael back to his trailer, and spent an hour on speaker phone discussing recommended foods and exercises to take the edge off the cancer and treatment.
@@imofage3947 i was really obsessed with Arnold for awhile. He was really a personal hero of mine, what he had accomplished in life, and then when it came out he cheated on his wife with the maid, and didnt really do anything about it for a long time, it really bummed me out about him. He is apparently a good dude and looks out for people.
Rewatch Conan. He doesn't speak much, but look at the intensity of his facial acting. You pretty much always know what Conan is thinking without him ever telling you.
That was the drugs talking
"Oh my god i married Rambo!" 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
well, I thought you would have noticed but guess not🤣🤣🤣
A sly Sly reference in an Arnie movie. Even then they were poking fun at one another.
Miss those old rivalries.
No.. You married Terminator! 😘
"Are we gonna die?" "Yup" "I'd say it's working"
"They're gonna torutre us to death or they're gonna shoot us in the head... Or they're gonna leave us here until the bomb..."
"Ask me a question that I would normally lie to." "Was Halloween Ends really that terrible? " "Yep." "I'd say it's working."
"Not as bad as Jingle All the Way"...
@@khymaaren”but still better then Halloween Resurrection”.
@@MysteryAGMLegendthe whole trilogy was terrible. 2018 was just a Halloween 1978 jerkoff fest, Kills...who cares...and Ends was an abomination. Bluhmhouse ruined Halloween
@@drby0788 Halloween 2018 was superb and on its own, a standalone sequel that I will defend to the death. Kills and Ends, on the other hand, fuck those abominations. Blumhouse and David Gordon Green are now going after The Exorcist after what they did with Halloween.
"Yeah, but they were all bad." 🤣@@drby0788
Probably my favourite scene in my favourite movie. "Are we going to die?" "Yep".
Asis!... B-b-batery
"Asis?" "WHAT?!"
"Did u ever make any Terminator films after part 2?" "Yeah, but they were all bad"
Disagree .. after T2 there been last action hero , junior ( for some unknown reason I liked it ) , true lies and eraser was his last great action film
@@andreyilkevich The question was about "Terminator" films. But I like those other Arnie films you mentioned also.
Agreed, Salvation has been the only decent one and it only had CG Ahhnold.
@@andreyilkevich I never said none of the movies u listed are bad. I like all of those
Don’t shoot me, but I actually liked T3 to some degree
Now this is a brilliant movie. It's got everything.
This movie has more accurate about Islamic terrorists than most thrillers.
@@darbyheavey406 This was back when you could actually put Islamic terrorists as the bad guys in movies-not pretending that some rogue European radicals are realistic antagonists.
Everything? There are a few more things I would have liked to have seen of Tia Carre and Jamie Lee Curtis...
Even has a tango dance scene
@@jdm1066we got to see most of Jamie Lee
One of my favorite Schwarzenegger movies. Great action, believable story, relatable characters, both appropriate and inappropriate humor all over the place. It's gold. And him telling the guy how he's going to kill them was a glorious touch.
I love it when Arnold pulls his own leg. "True Lies" and "Last Action Hero" are brilliant. Greetings from Graz/Austria!
I swear. I'll watch Last Action Hero 3 times a week. That movie is GOLD!
Hallo!!! Graz is awesome. Arnold was also from Thal, pretty cool. Ich nase Deutsch und thanks for the umlauts with bacon! :D. Also, couldn't agree more, they were.
TL is ten times better than LAH, which, of course, flopped at the box office. It has slightly grown on me many years later but honestly, it's just corny and the kid is just too annoying. At least TL knew how to parody itself and all the morbid humor was done effectively. My favorite scene is the huge fight that broke out in the bathroom of the shopping mall.
Probably one of my favorite movies of all time.
Very few movies I can watch more than once and this is one of them.
When Bill Paxton says "She could suck-start a leafblower" I laughed harder than ever as a teenager watching this for the first time.
One of his best movies ...and he's had many.
that is true he as had many great movies to be honest🤣🤣🤣
Have you seen Raw Deal? I feel it's underrated but definitely among his 10 best movies.
The look on Jamie’s face when Arnie kills the bad guys! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Action comedy masterclass.
"I've married Rambo."
And who says Arnie can't act. He had me totally convinced he was high. This movie was hilarious.
great mix of action and comedy in a movie. definitely a classic
The surgical tool through the guard's eye was gory.
Am ex military and I use that line whenever people ask me about my killings: yes but they were all bad.
I laughed so hard at this. The handcuffs. I died. 🤣
same here dude 🤣🤣🤣 Samir expression were hilarious 4:45 Harry: you know my handkuff, Samir: ☺mhmmmm 4:48 Harry: I break them Samir: 😨haaaaaaa
Two things make this movie amazing and rise above mediocrity: the golden comic acting (especially Schwarzenegger and JLC) and the epic action.
"Are we doing to die?" "Yep."
That meathook always cracks me up... brilliant move.
lol he just does it all nonchalantly cuz of the drugs
@@jeepowner2675 I reckon he would have done it the exact same way, regardless.
I love the look.on her face as he drags the dude 😂
One of the classic thriller genre scenes!!
I'm disappointed there was never a sequel.
no, we are *glad* they didn't. Dont mess a good thing
Jimmy Cameron wanted to. Then 9/11 happened and Arab terrorism plots weren't so funny anymore.
It probably would have sucked, this movie is one of Arnie's best
True Lies 2: Fake Truths
@@samueljbowden Heh! That would be a good title.
Love this movie! Arnold and Jamie Lee are great together.
“You know my handcuffs?” “Yes” “I picked them!!” “😮” 💀 😂😂😂😂
The original surprise pikachu face.
This is Arnold. If I was the bad guy, I would've had half my army surrounding him at all times.
Are we gonna die? Yep gets me every time
This scene has the best acting of Arnold's career.
Kindergarten Cop had some good ones too
Wish we could have movies like this today.......
Man oh man, Jamie in that dress of hers....... Jamie Lee is one of my favorites in Hollywood for a multitude of reasons 💜😎
Arnold can effectively crack a humor even while dead serious
"And what makes you think you can do all that?" "You know my handcuffs?" "Hm." "I picked them!" 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
That doctor guy was not very threatening, not compared to many of the other guys working with him, but I guess he felt he didn't have to be threatening because he was so sure they had his back, including the guard in the room with him, who basically was the doctor's body guard. Didn't work for Arnie though since he took care of them both
@@alvexok5523 The torturer didn't have to be physically imposing or a skilled fighter. His expertise was in extracting information. Though, they should have had more guards in that room.
YEEP....... Ahh Too funny.... Entire movie theater busted up after that line..
Tom Arnold had the best lines.
"It went from page 9 to page 11. Where's page 10?" "It's gotta be a typo--..." "Give me the god-damned PAGE!" (smashes window) "...Okay."
“Hey buddy- this national security stuff boring you”
They should do a sequel to this. I know they had planned on doing one in 2002, but then it never gave to fruition
You REALLY don't want modern Hollywood sound a sequel to this.
I love this movie, it's always so comfortable to watch...
This was a very good movie, I’ll watch it again.
This movie is a gem
"You know my handcuffs" "Mmmmmmmm" "I picked them" 😂😂😂😂😂😂👏👏👏👏👏
"They were bad people" as a response to "Have you killed anyone?"
Jamie Lee Curtis reaction when she sees the surgical tools. 😂
One of my favorite scenes from any movie. But I wasn't the only one who liked it. A variation of it was not only used, but referenced during the NCIS episode where the team rescues Ziva from the terrorist camp.
I still wish Arnold had done more comedies. True Lies, The Last Action Hero, Twins, were hilarious.
Fantastic movie that will stand up for all time.
The exact moment you realize your husband is a complete BAD ASS!
great movie and fantastic cast, especially tom arnold.
Every line is a quotable one from prank phone calls.
Already 30 years. Can't believe it.
4:50 - and at that moment Samir realized he was screwed
Since studios are obsessed with bringing back old stuff for the nostalgia factor, how in the name of common sense are they not bringing back Arnold and Jamie Lee for one final mission?
Well they just made a remake
Well they just made a remake
They were. James Cameron had a finished script and everyone was onboard. A few years passed due to scheduling issues, then 9/11 happened and, uhhhh
I love this scene/movie so much.
Went to the pictures 📸 to see that . Brilliant 👏 😊
3:19 I like that expression on her face when she has to absorb how he hid the truth about his being a spy from him for 17 years.... then it rapidly changes to an expression of curiosity and asks him "Have you ever killed anybody"? Great acting.
The torturers voice has always icked me out
"You know my handcuffs?" "Mmm" "I picked them" 😮😮😮😮
The GREAT. Tia Carrere
Fun fact: when a dude jacked up on truth serum says he's gonna kill you, you listen to him
Arnolds lines are so funny
This was his very best movie.
Who played the torturer? He had a face tailor made for this role!
How he makes the whole thing seem so meaninglessI like this skit first time I thought it was hilarious and it's still a little
This is entertaining. The good one. Action, comedy, love, performances, timing, them
Perfect cast!
Ran into the governor on Vevice Beach a few times. Very nice when you talked to him.
1:36 is, out of context, quite excellent.
One of the best scenes ever
1:06 This is so 90s. I love it.
A tremendous scene. Married couple, man on truth serum
entire film turns on this scene.
WE CAN LIKE OR DISLIKE BUT HATE HAS NO PLACE SIR.
The Cameron touch
Are we gonna die? YUP! cracks me up every time! LOL
There's one question Helen could have asked Harry. She could have asked him why he didn't tell her he's a spy.
dude picked his cuffs, why bother when you can instantly RIP them apart 😂
I ❤ Jamie Lee Curtis
Ok, I remember seeing this movie back in the day, but I don't remember the movie all that well. Being 11 or 12, my speed for Arnold flicks was T2, Commando, Total Recall, and Predator. I may have to give this one another watch.
Make it a Rolex.
One of my favorites since I was a kid

I like to imagine Wendy & Marty Byrde in this scene
I wish they could have made #2
absolutely zooted out of his mind, but still got the job done.
Harry = Literally Me
How long have you been a spy?
If you’re bragging about it, it’s more likely you’re Bill Paxton’s character.
Helen’s startled gasp when the guard starts cuffing her was always surprising to me, for some reason.
her face after he kills them lol
James cameron writes and directs the best
Great movie!!
Love th cast need a #2 movie love it great fans here in Columbia SC
At 4:50, the terrified face of the man! He understood that it's useless to resist, nothing on earth can stop the strength of Arnold.
A GREAT movie!!
Tia Carrere! Aka "A fox named Sydney" from Relic Hunter.
“Yep!”
