Confiscation of grains from people that bought it in large quantity is not good I think state government should organize a committee and give money to go and buy the food item in large quantities and open a supermarket in very location in the local government and reduce the price of the food item they bought so that people can get it a low cost

Because the Naira has never fallen so low and so rapidly in the whole of Nigeria’s history.

If they had acted, this way immediately Buhari started destroying the economy it wouldn't get to the level Tinubu continued the destruction from. Let's, get one thing clear. I support, their protest. But, i am simply saying if only they had started earlier let's say immediately Buhari started his destructive policies. I don't, think the naira can be saved at this point though. Buhari met Naira at about 216 per dollar and left at 461 per dollar IN 8 YEARS. Tinubu came in with the naira at 461 per dollar and now it’s 1250 per dollar in LESS THAN ONE YEAR. Chairman, there’s a very big difference.

Didn’t Tinubu know what he was inheriting from Buhari when he was campaigning that he’ll make the country better? Buhari said the same thing about Goodluck and performed worse than Goodluck and instead of taking responsibility, he still went to put the blame on Goodluck. Same thing you’re doing with Tinubu. When will the country ever be better if leaders keep blaming those before them? So how does stopping farmers freedom to sell their products and people that transport goods through these routes cope with such poor actions from the governor. People protest because of no jobs and those working does not have what it takes to buy these foods. when you stop the farmers from selling , i wonder how they will take care of their farms and workers. maybe all state should just control their resources.

The press should help the masses by telling Tinubu the true nature of living in Nigeria since he took over power. Actually, most of the shouts about economic hardship and insecurity directed at President Tinubu should be directed at state governors and LGA chairmen who get statutory federal allocations for local levels. Also, federal and state senators, and assembly reps also get community empowerment money monthly. They all should be held accountable. When the governor knows that people are protesting against him, no one will tell him to sit up and perform.
