My dear Rivers people, we are very shortsighted. I have watched in the last 13 yrs how one man's ambition had limited development in the state. I was in PH at the beginning of the 3rd republic. The budget of Lagos was just 2 billion more than that of Rivers. Obio-Akpor and Eti Osa were the richest LGAs in Nigeria. Today, Rivers people has lost a lot of grounds due to individual interest. Shine your eyes!
