@beauwalker9820 no. Pizza tower started releasing betas since 2018, summitsphere released antonball (the original anton game) in 2019 and a deluxe version in 2021, and the kickstarter for antonblast was made in 2022. I like both games a lot, but pizza tower did come first.

Funny how there was absolutely none of the whole “OMG THIS IS A CLONE” situation before the trailer came out. I knew about Anton Blast around the same time when the Pizza Tower trailer first came out. If you’re out there claiming that Anton Blast is a clone then you’re stupid. I’d say Pizza tower is mostly based on Wario land 4 with its emphasis on speed but still takes inspirations from other Games in the series. While ANTONBLAST is more inspired off of Virtual Boy Wario land, with of course Happy Hour being based of Wario land 4 and also having more exploration like in the Wario land II.
Pizza Tower and Antoblast can co-exist together. Just because Pizza Tower came out first doesn't mean no one else is allowed to make Wario Land-esque games. :/ If anything, I see this as an excellent deal, getting two fantastic wario land-esque games.
The more Wario Land, the better. As someone who grew up on Shake It, and was so sad when Nintendo never made a new entry afterwards, Pizza Tower, AntonBlast, Susan Taxpayer and more are so, so nice to finally have. I've waited fourteen years for Warioland to come back, and it's come back in such a MASSIVE way.

Please remember to respect both of the developers of this and the Pizza Tower game, and to NOT compare them to each other in a negative way Each of these games is unique in their own way and the devs have worked really really hard for this. So, anyone that is complaining and whining about this "not being Pizza Tower" Just stop it. Neither of these games should be compared just to find out "who is superior" or "who did it first" (which also Pizza Tower didn't, since it just grabbed an old gameplay formula and gave it something of his, to spice things up, which is something Anton is also doing) Just enjoy both of these games and let the others do the same, without complaining please?

The demo sold me big time. Love the feel of this, and very glad the spirit of "angry man destroys everything in his wake while funny sound effects happen" is coming back lately.
I was a huge fan of Pizza Tower ever since I played the SAGE demo, and played the final release several times + the Noise Update ever since the game came out. I tried the first demo for this game and it definitely feels a lot different than Pizza Tower. These are two really unique (and really fun) games that stand out in both art style and gameplay despite being based off the exact same source material, the Wario Land series. People shouldn’t be giving this game crap just because it’s being released after Pizza Tower.

Just got done playing the demo, this game is (no pun intended) A BLAST!! Gameplay is amazing, the use of sound effect is effective and funny, and find the devil funny too, He reminds me so much of Red from Cow & Chicken. This game is a must buy! Can’t wait for it to come out!!

If Switch can run Deltarune, Rivals of Aether, Hyper Light Drifter, and Risk of Rain, it can definitely run Pizza Tower. It's not power that's the issue, but McPig just not wanting to do it.

@wigglytuffenjoyer Pizza Tower is not a demanding game lol a game that only requires 512 MB of RAM on PC should have absolutely no problem running on the Switch.
