I've never had such delicious potato cake! Easy and Cheap Mashed Potatoes Recipe! Potato snacks! Cooking Kun
Recipes :
Potatoes 400g
Water
Boil for 15 minutes
Onion 40g
1 chilli, 25g
Green onion 20g
Black pepper 1/6tsp
Garlic powder 1/4tsp
Chili powder 1/4tsp
Salt 1/4tsp
Oats 60 g
Corn starch 3tbsp
1 egg
Cooking oil
Fry over medium to low heat
Flip the cake
Fry until the outer layer is golden and crispy
