You won't believe how easy it is to create this mouthwatering potato dish! 😋 Simple, cheap and delicious. If you are craving something cheesy, crispy, and utterly delicious, Look no further! If you have potatoes, eggs and flour at home, try this easy-to-follow cheesy crispy potato dinner recipe! 🍽️
Ingredients:
FILLING
- 500g potato
- 100g onion
- 100g red bell pepper
- 2g salt (1/2 tsp)
- 100g mozzarella cheese
- 20g scallion
- Black pepper
WRAP
- 200g flour
- 3g salt
- 5g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 500g milk
- 20g oil
COATING
- 3 eggs
- 30g flour
- Bread crumbs
