How to Make French Fries At Home ! Crispy Delicious , Incredibly Easy ! Potato Recipes ! Cooking Lee's

If you have potatoes at home, make this new french fries recipe:
Potatoes 700g
Salt 1/4tsp
Cheese powder, ai 1tbsp
Coriander 1tbsp
Corn flour 3tbsp
Boil Potatoes 3 minutes
Keep in the fridge for 12 hours
Fry for 6 minutes
Let cool for 30 minutes
Fry again 3 minutes

    • WELL this is totaly different as we are making belgian fries , the word french is not correct , the reason is that the frites they found were coming from the french speaking part of belgium , SO , we are not using boiled water , neither powder , etc etc , we simple are doing the process in two steps , first in low temperature oil in order to bake the frites inside and then after a couple of minutes we increase the temperature of the oil and frie the frites again so that the outside has a golden color , nevertheless , the fries from the video are looking very nice and delicious

  • Good idea to get the potatoes crispy, We can do this over 2 days. After adding the starch put them in the fridge over night and fry them the next day. Regards
