Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse 2023: After reuniting with Gwen Stacy, Brooklyn's full-time, friendly neighborhood Spider-Man is catapulted across the Multiverse, where he encounters a team of Spider-People charged with protecting its very existence. However, when the heroes clash on how to handle a new threat, Miles finds himself pitted against the other Spiders.   • 01:24 you could see how Gwen has a crush on Miles judging on the awkwardness when she met him and how she cringed at her action towards her. The whole conversation seemed awkward until she saw his drawings of her, slowly you could see her confidence and her awkwardness fades when she wears her mask

  • So many details in just the beginning of this scene alone. At the beginning when Miles opens his door, you can see boxing gloves. These represent the time when Miles was using the punching bag in Uncle Aaron's apartment in the first movie, showing how much Uncle Aaron still matters to him, in addition to the drawings in his sketchbook. Miles wears a jersey with 42 on it, like the spider that bit him from Earth 42. In Miles' drawing of Uncle Aaron, he's wearing a shirt that says "3Pac" as opposed to our universe's 2Pac. On the last page before Gwen closes the sketchbook, you can see the bus ticket from when Peter, Gwen, and Miles had to ride the bus home from the forest after being attacked by Doctor Octopus. Also, i couldn't spot it in this scene, but somehere in Miles' room there's a picture of Uncle Aaron and Miles' father, the same one that was in Uncle Aaron's apartment in the first film

  • The first minute or so of this whole scene is kind of breathtaking. The build of the music and things starting to float. You feel as if maybe Miles is so into his music he's feeling ethereal and maybe imagining things around him moving, but it's Gwen appearing from a portal. Also the original song doesn't have as much impact as the song in this scene does to me. (Though it's still a good song by itself!)

  • I think when Gwen tells Miles that when Gwen falls for Spiderman it doesn't end well. I think she thinks of herself as Spiderman and Miles is Gwen. She's the jaded, isolated and hardened hero. And Miles is the optimistic innocent, who will suffer from his association with her like her Peter parker. She doesn't want to fall for Miles because she's afraid he'll die.

  • They feelings are serious not only can she sense if he's in danger from an entire other universe (the movie shows this even if shes in a diffrent universe and world her spidey senses go off when Miles is in danger) but she traveled through a universe just to see him that's why she was the Spiderman to accept the mission just so she can see Miles also in every single universe that Gwen falls for Spiderman it always ends up with either him dieing or her dieing but in all those universes its always Peter, Miles Is legit the only SpiderMan from countless universes that Gwen could actually be with and the future may work out

    • It still angers me how much she basically was bragging to make herself look cool about the spider society elite team and new mentor Jess ,"nice guy " miquel and miles called it he knew miquel wouldn't be nice but trusted Gwen when it came to meeting them and Hobie it's fine but clesr up the misunderstanding amy time she has multiple chances to and didn't then treats miles like crap and forget he exists while laughing with hobie about who caught Prowler the way she looked at miles with coldness when found out about father death and reached out to her believing she had his back no matter what like a friend and saying it's for his own good despite trying to be away to prevent her father death and knowing miles will Never be allowed in the society or meet any of them knowing she's not coming back to see him ever and she went to capture spot to release him to kill miles dad then lock him back up meaning she had part to play directly with Jeff death if he died very insulating and degrading to milescndcacting likes hes not there and csnt hear them just like last movie before miles left the base and telling miles about staying over while leaving out bits of information why or don't say it making everything worse Sorry for the rant just annoys me so much and I hope they actually have miles hold her accountable for what she did have a heart to heart but have miles angry and yelling out his feelings of what she did and what's he done to try and see her and everything no one else is holding her accountable Her talking gave miles the wrong idea of how to deal with them and I want miles to be more aggressive with spiders for a while like they were to him anyone who gets in his way and make Gwen Really acknowledge her action to better herself in life change no just oh they came they want to help let's go and gets together
