  • I appreciate the fact though that Paddy, while disappointed, didn't just stay and let that turn into an unproductive conflict, but decided to walk away and build sth of his own instead. Too many people who feel like they've been wronged hold a grudge and stay in that conflict forever without moving on, hoping for an apology or resolution that'll never come, instead of accepting that sometimes stuff happens, it can be frustrating, but in the end, you're better off looking at what to do next.

I’m sure neither of them meant any harm in their actions during it was going on, and it’s nice to see that no malice is happened. True gentlemen. Everybody should take note to be honest, and the media should stop trying to divert it into a back and fourth spat.

  • The strangest thing said by paddy was that when he lost a fight John didn’t feel how he felt. As a coach you can’t get as emotional as the fighter when they lose. If a coach has 80 fighters he’s get down and angry every time one of his fighter lose the then he would constantly be down. As a coach you need objectivity so you can be clear minded for all of your other fighters. That’s a very emotional thing for paddy to say. A ridiculous expectation to have of your coach.

He probably doesn't allow himself too, or maybe lacking a small bit empathy. Still, knowbody can take away johns professionalism preparing a fighter, he's not lacking here. Hopefully McGregor looks after hoolihan as a life long friend, what's 1 million to him.. 💯💰

Granted western Europe as a whole is bereft of talented marital artists but even then there are much better gyms in western Europe then SPG Ireland.
