The one thing i noticed "wrong" with the car is the front and rear blue round ligts don't pulse on and off.

What version of the Cadillac is this?? It's not the same internally
It’s a Miller Meteor same year as the original Ecto - but the back has been done out to make it more of a limo/GB themed experience - the car is identical in the outside to the 84 (it also has a containment unit!)
