This was such a defining moment after all the animosity that built between Carolina and Seattle during those few years. Seattle always crushed Carolina and everyone said we were the worst undefeated team that season. This win meant everything that year
no ring though
@@jakepalmer4531 Don’t matter about the ring matters about leader ship playing the game really well
We didn't go undefeated that year man we lost to the Falcons then the super bowl.
@@gamerxd8257 bro it does matter that's why they play the game to win a ring to win the super bowl.
@@michaelharkey8013 I'm pretty sure he meant undefeated up until that point..
I was a senior in high school watching this game. My heart was POUNDING like crazy, but when Cam threw that GW TD pass to Olsen, I lost it and started talking hella shit to everyone that doubted my team. I had no regrets till this day
This! Me too brody hahaha 🤣
@@landontucker5436 ikr 😂. I just couldn’t help myself but start talking smack
Took the words out of my mouth
@@potassium8759 yessir 😂
Bet you regretted talking talking shit when Super Bowl 50 happened
That was a shattering pick, right out of the gate. Amazing job by Cam to bounce back. It takes more skill than it seems to do that.
Panthers fan here: between 2013-2015, the games between the Panthers vs Seahawks were some of the best hard fought games. Truth be told I hated the Seahawks because they always beat us. So watching Olsen catch that TD Pass was pure joy for me.
It almost still feels like a rivalry watching them play recently but you can tell that same edge and passion for the match up isn’t there
and the niners
God Cam was one of those players that was not only game breaking but was easily the most fun I’ve had watching football.
he was 1 of 1. He left it on the field every single game and it ended up cutting his career short but he was legitimately a once-in-a-lifetime talent when he was on. Never a dull moment. Miss those days!
@ Devils Fan ong ☝ now they're stuck with shit , or maybe not 🤔
Yeah like when he would throw himself on the ground in tantrums because he lost it was so entertaining. He's probably the biggest crybaby bitch ever to play.
*This* was the moment where the Panthers developed real Super Bowl aspirations in 2015.
Only to be beaten by the Denver Broncos in Super Bowl 50
@@ericradford2142don’t remind me😭
@@ericradford2142 arguably one of the greatest teams to not win 😔
@@idontcarebricks8253 Panthers got punched in the mouth that game. That 2015 Broncos defense put the clamps on.
Regardless war eagle auburn family regardless!!!
This was such a good Panthers team
I screamed my HEAD OFF when Olsen caught that TD. I was so nervous that entire game I could literally feel my heart racing. That win will live on forever in my memories.
12:38-12:44 “Newton! Steps up! Throws to the end zone! OLSEN! TD!” I’ll never forget it
When he thew that I thought it was going to be picked, because thats what the LOB always did. I couldn't believe it when Olsen was completely open and the realization that Carolina was going to win the game....at Seattle no less.
Cam to Greg was the offense, most of the time. 4 80yd touchdown drives against the LOB when they were at their peak.
@@Peezster ikr. I was like, “that’s something you don’t see everyday from the LOB” but man oh man. They were so confused they left him that open
@@dbrown8553 ikr. It was so legit!
Lol buddy you're a panthers fan, you are virtually a clown boy.
6:40 is one of the most underrated plays I've ever seen. What a grab by Lockette
Most definitely. This is a legendary game and that play was one of the few that marked the end of that era. We lost Lockette after this if I remember
Look at Wilson and Newton now though. What a difference 7 years makes.
Bruh 7 years is a long time in the NFL lmfao
@@bxrfan I know right? Like thats double the average career of a running back lmao that's players whole careers 🤣
7 yrs bro really😑 cam struggled with injuries and Wilson is struggling with coaching
Russell can still run. Cam couldn't throw great anymore. Russell threw some decent TDs against the Chiefs. Cam really put his ass on the line
7 years is damn near a decade! Russell Wilson doesn't appear to be what he used to be. Father time maybe catching up to him. And Cam just took too many hits throughout his career. His body is just beat up and worn out!
Cam Newton’s 2015 Panthers offense are tied for 28th all time with 31.3 points per game, despite falling to Peyton Manning’s Broncos after a tremendous 15-1 finish of the regular season!
Remember that time Cam fumbled the ball in the superbowl and was afraid to try and pick it up? Thats all i remember about the 2015 Panthers.
@@miked3723 still a legend
@@miked3723That moment is where Cam lost the right to call himself Superman
@@miked3723 tells me you watch a lot of AFC football. That cam offense was electric. Go watch some tape on that offense, it was crazy!
Their defense was crazy too - Luke Keuchly was an absolute menace at MLB. First ballot HOFer for sure.
I remember so many people were hating on the panthers up until this point saying they benefited from an easy schedule. This game proved how legit they were
These two teams had faced off in the prior year’s playoffs, with Seattle winning, and would meet again in the playoffs later this same season, with Carolina winning
That final drive by newton was gorgeous
Mannnn this was the best feeling ever!!! Panthers and Seahawks was such a great battle we could never get pass and damnit Cam and company came thru!!! I miss cam 😢
I miss Sam Rosen doing NFL games. Ashame he hasn’t done them since 2019. One of the OG FOX NFLers.
He just sounds like a guy that lives in his basement, destroys chicken wings and watches NFL tape all night i miss him so much
Dude was my favorite person to call Panther games I was wondering where he was at it's not the same without him
He does NY Rangers games. One of the best.
that collision between kuechly and the fullback on the goal line was massiveeeee
I was at this game, was my first NFL game in person. You've never seen a crowd go from jubilation to despair faster
My first game also. Coming from a Panthers fan living in Washington state. Was insane! There were 2 hawks fans next to me that kept putting their arms in my face everytime the hawks made a first down, so seeing the hawks lose was freaking amazing!
You know what was my first game was the giants game from this same season when cam led the team down the field for the game winning fg the Odell v Norman game this season was magical
I was a sophomore in high school when this happen, man I feel old as ever
LOL. This was only 7 years ago. I love when young people like yourself talk about being old.
@@Peezster take your dozens of pills and go to bed grandpa
I was in 7th grade
@@Peezsterexactly dam near our whole life so it was old lol
freshman year for me, quite the times
Greg Olsen was so freakin good
2015 Cam Newton was such a treat to watch for football fans
This is one of those games that neither panthers fans nor even seahawks fans will ever forget. Legendary game from the start to the end.
2015 Cam was nearly unstoppable
Until Von Miller..
We were already riding high coming into this game but going into what was at the time an unbeatable-at-home Seattle and staging an epic comeback is when every Panthers fan knew that start to the season was no fluke. Still get chills thinking about that final TD.
I love these throwbacks, they really help to break up the week while waiting for the regular season!
Mann I miss the Car/Sea rivalry. Such tough games. 4 80yd TD drives to bring Carolina back in the game and later on win it was insane all behind a terrible O line
I'm an Eagles fan but I was rooting for the Panthers during the Cam Newton years. Hope they turn it around and win their first SB.
I was just a middle school kid this year but man watching this brought back so many memories and made me just as happy as the day I watched this game
2015 Panthers are one of the best teams to not win the chip.
2013 Broncos as well
@@treeinch252 fax
really they weren’t tho they had absolutely no one on offense besides came and olsen
@@payton06072 They scored 500 points. Who the fuck cares who they had, Cam was unstoppable and was making super starts out of guys like Tedd Ginn. Just stop.
@@Peezster Cam was pretty easily stopped, not unstoppable and tedd ginn did absolutely nothing but catch 10 meaningless Tds, what did he do in the super bowl? folded like everyone else on that team, maybe if cam had a true number 1 or top 10 back but that just wasn’t the case he didn’t have enough help on top of the fact he choked probably in the biggest moment of his life.
Ole Third Leg Greg, him and Brent Celek are the absolute definitions of a tight end
I watched this game and went through all the incredibly complex up and own a great game like this has with my best friend. Shortly after he unfortunately had to do a long prison stint that was followed by his sudden passing. I always think of this game when I think about his Panther fandom, one of a million things i shared with the best dude i ever knew. RIP Keri Camps
why'd he go to prison if you don't mind me asking?
We Need Cam Back!!!
J Stew and Cam were trying to run through everyone this game.
I remember letting out the most primal yell I've ever had, watching at the apartment, when Olsen caught the game winner. Seattle, for years, had got the Panthers and it just felt like a huge step towards a unreal season with that win.
One of my favorite games. I had so much emotions during this game.
I went undeafeated in fantasy this season with Cam and olsen combo. My league even made a trophy for me lol
4, 80 yd touchdown drives against that legendary defense 😳
This season was something else man. Will never forget it
And the fact that someone pulled the fire alarm at their hotel the night before causing them to evacuate makes this win that much more sweeter!!
Revisiting this game reminds me that it wasn't just getting over the hump against Seattle, but also Jimmy Graham. He was a nightmare for us when in New Orleans, so this win felt like we had finally put that issue to bed as well.
People forget more than Vick it was cam Newton who showed you could win in the NFL with the offense he ran and his style of quarterback like what he ran at Auburn with Gus malzahn
I remember when I was being picked on in school because I said the Panthers were going to win this game and they won it. Then I said they were going to the Super Bowl and I got picked on for that too. And they did make the Super Bowl. I didn’t say they were going to win it though.
The fact that Cam is not playing right now is a true sign many franchises are TRULY not trying to win games.
You must not have seen how he looked last year if you’re saying that
Bro looked horrible on the pats
@Moozer that season, the pats had the most players opt out for covid, they brought him in right before preseason started. Their best reciever got injured early. Not sure who would thrive under those circumstances. Having to learn a new offense on the fly. Despite all of that they still just barely missed the playoffs.
@Moozer they're are alot of guys playing or who have played this year who havent had near the career cam has. Look at Atlanta...
Opening kickoff in Superbowl was epic. Why on earth kick to him? I remember going nuts! Washington Commanders fan 👍🏾 Devin Hester is awesome. Him & Deion Sanders moment after breaking Sander's return TD record brought me to tears
My favorite moment was Kam and Richard pointing to each other after the Greg Olsen touchdown. Kam reminds me of Robocop in that helmet. Kam is my favorite player and Robocop is my favorite cop.
Stewart was so underrated
this win was the defining moment of this season. nobody took us serious until we win this game
I Love This Awesome Video NFL Throwback 🏈 Keep Up The Good Work 👍 I Believe You.
I was one of the few Panthers fans there. It was amazing to beat Seattle at home finally. Great game.
Denver would love this Wilson!! Ha ha I remember watching RG3 and Wilson they was identical in 2012-14!! Mad scrambles
the panthers had a very explosive running back he earned every yard that game
Jonathan Stewart
This game was tough as Seahawks fan especially the Greg Olsen TD.
This game helped define the Panther's and Cam Newton's run to the Super Bowl. This game also started to show cracks in the LOB's defense.
This year was just different man. When they finally got that first win against Seattle/Russ, you knew the season was gonna be special
Man that was such a gutsy win
This was my 29th birthday. A great present to me from Cam and Greg! :)
what a GAME by earl thomas. man was so underrated
1:27 Luke Kuechly, god I miss him so much. Told Russell to sit the fuck down!
Cam Newton...throws 2 interceptions to LOB & still manages to deliver the GW TD pass..Cam was different!
Intro gets me hyped
This the year everybody was dabbing 🤣
2:26 I'd love to know the conversion % for newton on TDs when this close. Dude was unstoppable
Man I wish I could go back to this time
Good memories
What a game! It would be interesting if you brought these two teams to todays nfl and see how it would change anything, would the panthers make it to the Super Bowl again?
The panthers were so fun to watch that season! Hopefully they can get back to their glory.
It's crazy how far these QBs fell.
Alotta ppl don't realize but Thomas Davis breaking his arm, and losing Peanut Tillman really hurt our chances to clinch a Superbowl victory. It would've been an even greater defensive slugfest.
To be fair bro. Our offense was a atrocious. That’s the biggest reason we lost. That Denver d was different. That SB showed how much Cam carried that offense
No I agree, Thomas Davis arm was huge, I felt that when Luke asked him if it was broke, and if he could play, in that moment I knew we were not the same. Offensively, they should have ran something different to get away from Von Miller, he absolutely made the difference. Never liked how they didn't adapt.
Huh man! If I had a time machine.......I get a little teary watching our highlights
I miss this Era of my Panthers🥲
2:36 is my middle school childhood 😂😂
This was an emotional game
Cam is the goat for carolina
miss these times
I remember not necessarily believing in Carolina up to this point in this season, but after this win I KNEW they were for real.
Lived in Charlotte but was a huge legion of boom fan
What happened to cam Newton. I remember this game and this team. They were so much fun to watch keep pounding.
seahawks fan. can't even be mad at that loss. panthers put up an amazing fight. hats off to them
2012-2015 Carolina vs Seattle underrated rivalry …. LOB owned Cam up until this game
Every game that I remember was always so close I hated it😂 especially when they sucked and we were good too close for comfort
Panthers and Seahawks always had some thrillers back then
It so cool seeing Kuechly signal the play before it snaps
Wilson is like a different human here lol
Too much subway
You should do highlights of the 2015-16 panthers playoff run
Crazy how good Cam was then. Just a shell now of his former self.
Miss these days #Keeppounding
Top ten best games
Next week, this channel should post the Terrell Owens sharpie game between the 49ers and Seahawks.
When they won this game I knew it would be a great season
@6:40 that has to be one of the most beautifully designed plays ever!
I remember watching this game and thinking at this point that this season was going to be special.
They had a lil rivalry going on for awhile it was like they was playing at least once a year whether playoffs or regular season with something on the line
I wish cam body ain’t fail. Cause man he really was a good qb.
dang this was when newton and wilson were both top 5 qbs crazy how both went down hill fast
Now this was a rivalry!! Cam vs the legion of boom. Russ didn't even matter in this rivalry tbh, it was just That QB vs That defense!! I loved it, even tho I was backing Cam and he lost a few of those well, he always battled like a warrior. The legion of boom really fought for every blade of grass Gaaad Damn!!
Football looked and felt so different. I don’t know what it is. Camera angles or whatever but I miss when football loooked like this
and 7 years later Greg Olsen went from Hero to FOX's #1 NFL Analyst.
I miss these days my Panthers were a real force this year.
Cam Newton was special great quarterback
Remember the one where Coach Rivera started the backup over Cam because he did something stupid? I think it was a Sunday night game. How do I remember that?
