  • Thanks Andy, great video as usual. Tamiya models seems better than my last 20 years old Tam model (excepting tracks). I like the way you drive your video (out of the box, building, weathering). As inthe Lionsden, please more high speed building/painting with music : it's very interesting I really appreciate your advices (ex: to take nul off) as i come back to modelling after 20 years. See you in your shop when i'll come in Glendale !

  • Hi Andy greetings from Bangkok. Your video is very inspiring and informative. I just start this hobby and absolutely love it! I have one question for you. • Hopefully the shells were not limited to the 2x6 in rotating barrels ! 😅 You had a lot more inside the crew compartment, to be loaded classicaly by the 2 tank crew in the turret. 34 shells in total. What is true is the amazing speed for reload when using the rotating barrels : automatic ejection of the used case, a few seconds for the rotation, then automatic loading of the new shell in the breech. Two types of ammo : explosive or anti-tank. The real downside of the AMX-13 was its resistance to NBC attacks.

  • Hi Andy, great build as usual and very informative. I have a question though with regards to the weathering. In your video you show using a streaking grime on the upper hull and a wash + Light Sienna pigment on the lower hull. But in the final view of the built model i did notice some grime and dirt on the upper hull and upper turret as well. I love the effect and would like to replicate it. Is it just the streaking grime seen in the video or did you also add some pigments ? Thank you so much
