  • Superb job! I really like the heavier than usual weathering - the scratches in particular. Great kit for a diorama.

  • Thanks Andy! Just nice to see one video, start to finish of a not so common Wespe. Really enjoyed this build and if you haven’t been told lately, classical music just works with modeling.

  • I am glad to see the paint color formulas given right on the screen. Very nice build, BTW! I've seen a couple Wespes like this one in museums. Judging by the "through and through" holes from anti-tank weapons, the Wespe armor did not offer much protection, except maybe from rocks.

  • Andy, another great build. I was able to get my hands on an older Bandai 1:48 scale Wespe kit a year ago, and it had similar parts. Now you have to add a couple of figures loading the gun and add some stowage for a nice diorama.

  • I just got this kit and figured I'd see if there was a build so I could identify problem areas. Very nicely built and looks like a nice easy kit. One note though, the bar assembly at the back wasnt used to ram home the rounds. It was a gun lock and locked the rear of the travel solid so the gun didnt move around during transit. Thanks for another great video Andy.

  • I got a E-100 Super Heavy Tank for Christmas two years ago and your videos inspired me to get off my butt and build it, ended up painting it with my 3 year old son and he loved it now we're going to get more to do them together! :) Here's a link to how it turned out: 1: imgur.com/a/UDrtR 2: imgur.com/a/hZkiX 3: imgur.com/a/qXuPu 4: imgur.com/a/VGLCt A few missing pieces since I have a 3 year old attacking it, but we got it done, made my own soil with Sand + Water + PvA then coated it with a non watered down brown acrylic and it's held that wet looking effect, made the fence by hand with stuff around the house, going to add vegetation at a later date. I unfortunately did the scratch effects with a silver instead of an Oxy Red, that was a mistake as a Warhammer player!
