Let's just say he's soon to be the best safety in the nfl....this videos shows it all...he does it all...they going have to pay him real soon if he keep playing like this and he's a rookie only in his second year last year he basically set out to get healthy...He got speed strength and amazing awareness....he's the player to watch for the @commanders next season mark my words @espn @nfl @darrickforrest @commanders ....I know he bout to go hard this offseason just off the way he played this season 🔋🦍⏳💯

I think he is more like the other two. Sean Taylor was had it all. Speed, Coverage, Strength, Tackling, Ball Skills. Can play LB. Can play nickle if need be.

Definitely covers better than Landon & Laron. There will never be another Sean Taylor, but Forrest is a good S that can play either position & may develop into a great S in the coming years.

Yeah DJ was very overrated as a hitter, he’d whiff or pull up on tackles a lot and garnered a lot of rep from hitting marshawn lynch. Forrest has legit coverage skills on top of his weekly huge hits

Forrest, Curl and BSJ can lock down their spots for at least the next 5+ years. I'm still skeptical on Fuller and his price tag but we have a solid core in the secondary. I know some people want to go CB in the 1st round of the draft but I think it needs to be OL (unless TE Mayer falls to us). I'm ok with Davis going into year 3 and Holcomb on a good deal as our main LBs next season (we only play with 2). Yes another CB or LB would be great but I don't see one getting picked at #16 that will make a day 1 impact like an OL player could. Slide Cosmi to LG, hope Roullier can stay healthy and draft an OT to start at RT and eventually take over LT in a couple seasons. Leno at LT, Cosmi at LG, Roullier at C, Norwell at RG and #16 pick at RT sounds good to me

Take a tackle in the first, cb in the second, guard or center that can play either in the third, lb in the fourth, after that take flyers on any position you need depth. If you do that you should be set.
