The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me kzhead.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

That metal round container that you put the wet cement in,what is the name? And you didn't apply a gun to the handles of the dumbells before combining them,if I want to do hammer curls won't they fall off?
That is slim zinc plate. We can found this in any hardware store 🙏🙏 no worries you can do that also they won't fall off.

That's slim zinc plate. You can use big hole pipe as well

Which material you use in this for making rod..?
Actually i found that one in store room. But you can use pvc pipe easy to get and that can give you comfortable grip.
Bro How much time it needed to dry properly and we can i mixed stone in the mixture tell me please
If you put dr.fix it or some chemical to dry out fast no need to wait for long time but if you don’t put you have to wait for least 8,9 hrs
If you put small stones that’s okay. Bigger stone means bigger chance to damage . It won’t be durable.

But how do you measure the kgs when you put on that round thing to make the kgs you want
First I filled round mold with sand then I measured that sand . that was exactly 20kgs . If you want to make 30 kgs than you can make bigger round mold. I hope you get it.

1:2 ratio is really strong (cement:sand) for example if you want to make 10 kg dumbbell put 4 kg cement and 6kg sand.

Aur center metal ka Diameter & height as we have to fix that rod into piece of metal right
In the center I put pipe. That isn't rod cuz it is easy to fit.
