This hack still requires precision to win a the claw machine but you can do so more often with some practice! I also give some tips and tricks on what never to do at the arcade claw game!

There is something so unexplainably fun about playing the claw machine. It’s kinda like gambling; you’re not guaranteed a win every time, but the thrill of the possibility of winning keeps you trying. Usually if I win something, I like to give it away to a kid that wasn’t so lucky😊

What I learned from this video: when trying to win something from a claw machine try to clamp to early
The other day I got a stuff animal from a walmart claw machine. Did not have the double tap clamp. There was a mom that was trying the claw machine right next to me, and when her back was turned, I gave the stuff animal to her little daughter. As they were leaving, I pointed to it, and here parents were like ohh thank you so much.

You need to read the machine manual. You will see that is not a feature. These claw machines usually have a function on how much it will pay out based on the settings the operator makes.
It is definitely a feature on specific machines. He clearly demonstrated that if you do nothing, the claw will go much lower and then bend and get messed up due to being so far down and close to everything.
@@overdrive_srs Did it ever dawn on you that he is pushing the button just as the claw is going to close anyway? Did you also consider that this may be his machine that he already tweaked the setting on JUST for the video.
@@Penfold8 He mentioned it only applies to specific machines early on the video that allow you to close early. I assume most machines lack this feature. I've encountered a few machines that do close early, but they are quite rare because of how unprofitable they are

I gotta try that double clamp technique, I didn't even know it was a thing. I only tried this method where swinging the claw resets the "claw strength" on the machine but it's pretty much a hit and miss.

i believe some machines has cheat triggers like the claws will only grip after 5th or 10th tries or even more. they're programmed to purposely loosen the grip for you to lose.
Exactly - this is a BS video. You can only do this with toys next to the dropping point, everything farther if it didn’t count enough losses to give someone a win it will just release the toy even when it has perfect grab. Only way to win for sure is to observe and notice when other people are playing that the machine is ready to let someone win (if you notice a firm grab) and then play…

@@lemonadesnake dude I played on a lot of machines - there's no way you can win on them using this technique - as soon as they start to pull up the toy the claw releases it (it set up to allow wins every X failed attempts). No matter how you grab it, it just releases it. You can clearly see it when you intentionally miss everything - as it's going up, it just spreads the claw for half of a second...

@@lemonadesnake the ones I described are most common since they guarantee the owner earnings, otherwise it would make no sense if you can win almost every time unless what you're getting as a reward is cheaper than the coin/ticket.

They don't "drop" it. It changes the tension on the grip after it's been grabbed based on what the owner has programmed in. The loss in tension makes it much easier for the object to fall out, especially when the claw gets to the top. The inertia of the object in the claw + the loss in tension makes it very easy for the object to fall out.

Claw machines are literally programmed to win a certain amount of time based on what the owner wants the win % to be. They will let go purposely most times

The arcade owner sets the win rate of the claw machine. If the win rate is set to 1/20, you will get 19 very weak grabs and 1 strong grab. What you are watching ISN'T this guy winning a plush every time. You are actually watching him play 20 times, win once, and editing out the other 19 tries. This is why it isn't a single continuous shot, or else all the losing grabs would be shown.
None of the plushies change positions between shots though
