I just made this myself granted I don't have the battle pass items, and you were right there is plenty of room for expansion as needed, I'ma save this build for later, when I start playing a long slow game. Thanks again for another amazing one!!!!
To all the people making build guides for all games. Coming from the ones with low creativity, we appreciate what u do for a playa
Wow, that was flawlessly decorated. Not too much, not too little. Very inviting build. Top points!
Now this is an awesome starter build. I'm gonna use this one.
Very nice. I like when you make functional bases, including the crafting stations, etc.
Nice build. I'm in the process of relocating from my very first base to an area with a much better footprint. I don't have the unlocks you have yet but this is good inspiration.
This looks beautiful. Love watching videos like yours. So many ideas to absorb. Thanks for the content.
Great build, very professional and aesthetically pleasing
Ive build this base with the jewel of the west dlc, it looks awesome, thanks so much for this awesome build!
Amazing build, thank you very much for the blueprint, much appreciated. Hats down and thumbs up!
Really nice always enjoy your builds and calm chill voice and instructions!
WOW! Again, a great Build. Thank you for the blueprint.
Nice looking starter base. Great job bud!
Awesome build made some tweaks to outside walls so I didn't have the clipping issue with stable gate my new favourite base
😱I didn't know you could place the grinder on other crafting stations. great content as always. thank you
Fantastic build. Excited to chcck more of your stuff tomorrow ^_^
I like your grid image of the base layout, very nice touch and super helpful to have
Grid image is fantastic, I agree with Box. Thanks Eradicati0n, great video man. Kinda complex for a newbie like myself, but somewhat doable if I pause several times
Agreed having a clear floor plan to follow or take inspiration from is really good addition to the video
Very pretty and it fits the world well.
This is gorgeous!😊
wonderful build and guide as usual.
Very cool. I just started to play. This is a handsome build!
Nice to see the guided tour back :)
I do my best to keep it included, though it sometimes isn't included due to the length of the video or time constraints
Nice little base!
Definitely one of best builds
great build great lil build
this looks pretty amazing!
Thanks Pupper, glad you enjoyed!
Super schön gemacht
Beautiful well done
Love the design, it's gorgeous. Which grid square/area did you build in?
gefällt mir sehr gut 👍 den Grundriss werd ich nachbauen..😉
simply superb!!
I'm more impressed by people who actually gather their resources and build without cheats. The lack of resource cost makes builds like this (at least the starting point) highly redundant... for example, what's the point on setting full foundations and then delete them all after placing fence foundations only to then replace them with ceilings? You don't need to fill in the middle spots, just use foundations for the outlines.
Pourquoi donner son compte staem absolument pour jouer à Conan l'exile , puisque il y a le discord ça devrait être suffisant non
Have to admit when I saw the thumbnail I was like, "no way!". But after watching the build process I quickly changed my tune to, "Crom!" Love this! You good Sir are legendary.😁
Glad you enjoyed it! It's definitely hard to capture the "vibe" of certain builds in a thumbnail, especially if I'm having one of those days where the thumbnail part of my brain isn't working 😂
That was amazing
Looks amaizing!!
Damn, that`s all kinds of sweet.
Looks really nice :)
Those outer gate towers... now I gotta redesign my entire build.
Love this!
Looks lovely, I just started playing Exiles, and all the buildings remind me of Skyrim, look forward to experimenting in Exiles.
No this is the Sky Temple in Oblivion
Ah the good old days of Skyrim.
Lovely build. Always enjoy your soothing and descriptive construction guides. Are the stable gates not also tier 3 and part of the Riders dlc? Have you ever considered an evolving build A beginner version and then an upgraded and expanded late game version?
Thanks Veridian, glad you enjoyed! The Stable gates are indeed T3 and from the Riders DLC, I thought I had mentioned them when I was building the internal supports but it may have slipped my mind. An alternative would be a single doorway with an open gable. This base is designed to go from beginner to late game, though I could do a build that covers all three designs in a single video
I caught the mention about the support struts. Such a shame that certain pieces with somewhat unique functionality are tucked into the DLC rather than base game. I suppose more what I meant was, taking a modest base with room for the early game craft stations and then expanding it out to accommodate the massive higher end benches and also to fortify against a purge. While tier 2 did get quite an HP bump in 3.0, it can still get mulched pretty fast with an unlucky purge. I think a part of this current fascination is related to how many channels I am watching that are restoring/expanding old/dilapidated homes.
Phenomenal build, has a bit of a hunting lodge vibe to me. Might have to build this one myself. Good work as usual!
It could definitely work as a hunting lodge with a couple of expansions. Glad you enjoyed!
@@Eradicati0nndidn't understand the location where you said it was... 7 what?
@@117achillis I don't think I gave the location for this build, as it's designed to be placed in various different locations. This specific spot is right near the entrance to Sepermeru though, it's a large rock plateau
This build you made is prefect for me compact and where I placed it as well 😍🥰🤩
Love this base set up. Trying to find some building designs that would match up well with it so I can build a town based around it. Not having a lot of luck though lol
Glad you like it! You might have some luck with my Easy Base Additions playlist, all the designs are material-agnostic and can either be attached to others, or stand alone kzhead.info/channel/PLb1BvY8uSBcd_6dCftW6fgpzIxepK70uq.html
@@Eradicati0nn Thanks for the suggestions! I'll check it out!
I enjoyed playing Conan Exiles for about one year. I'm glad to see this game is still going. It has a lot of things other games do not provide. I went back to GW2 recently spend my time in WvW pvp. I'm big fan of pve not likeing pvp unless pvp has raids which GW2 does. I played Conan Exiles and Ark Survival interchangeably. Quit Conan and Ark just because I got to the end of the content.
this could work as a late game Keep if you upgrade to something like stormglass, then you can build a perimeter wall with enough space for various crafting buildings. make it an entire little township.
Great build! Thinking of using something like this around the base of a tree in the jungle and then have a treehouse on the tree itself. Unrelated but seeing as you're an expert on the subject lol. I'm a relatively new player and saw an old video some time ago that advised against upgrading foundations that have things standing on them such as workbenches. Because the items would sometimes get destroyed due to a bug. Do you know if this is still the case or if it has been fixed?
looks better than my sandstone tower ;p
I really liked the overall design of this base. it is reasonably small and does not look too large for one or two people. This is perfect for servers that have building piece limits or require buildings to not appear as though a large group of people live in them when only one or two do. That being said, there is a surprising amount of space inside for both crafting and RP elements, such as the lounge. The storage is minimal, however, a way to increase the storage would be to simply add some storage boxes in the crafting areas for respective materials. This would not take up much additional space, and therefore not make the space look cluttered or crowded. From an aesthetic standpoint, I very much liked the mix of building materials that were used in this. I prefer stonebrick for the desert locations, as I feel none of the T3 materials really work well with the setting. The rustic element of the flotsam pieces looked very good with the stonebrick elements and the wood floor pieces (I did not catch the name of those.) The mini hanging buttresses looked interesting and. However, I am wondering if a pillar of the same material could be added underneath them to create a mini non-hanging buttress? If that is possible, I think that they would look better than the hanging version, though these looked good as well. I also really like the idea of being able to create a mini buttress for certain types of builds. I suppose one could use the pillar trick to create a 'reinforcement' but I rather liked the slopping element of the chimney piece. Again, overall I really liked this build. The simple design and materials work great be it for a starter base or simply to blend in with the harsh environment of the desert. I feel this base would not only be great as a starter base, but for a role-player as well.
Simplesmente incrível, seus projetos e bases são maravilhosos. Parabéns 👍👍
Pena q não da pra replicar igualzinho
Very nice build. I was wondering what do you use to make you blueprints?
I just made this base today just need to lvl up more so I can kit out the inside of the place
Muy buena base es anti purgas esta es la segunda purga que sobrevivo en esta base , estoy a punto de recostruirla pero en tier 3
Yea i think i wil stick with my cube thank you
Love the build but I wish more guides like this showed where on the map it’s at.
Thank you for the fine build. Just one minor thing, in some places the video is too fast to catch some of the part placements, like interior inverted sloping wall pieces under the upper floor.
Glad you enjoyed! Yeah finding the sweet spot for speed vs comprehension is a struggle in most videos, especially for the finer details. Still something I'm working on perfecting
Feels like a sandstone version of cloud ruler temple from Oblivion
Not what I was aiming for, but I can see the comparison. I might have to try my hand at actually building Cloud Ruler Temple!
Good build, my only issue being that i have difficulty keeping up with you despite playing this video at slower speeds lol
It looks like a spartacus movie😁
Where on the map did you build this at? :)
Beautiful starter home with a wonderful view and area. How much are the monthly payments and is there an HOA costs?
Good Build....
Gonna have to play arround with this build and see what i can do with just base game off gamepass
Wow, this is great, but how are you building like in Sims game, when I build my character is there blocking the view?
wow!
Only thing I say it needs is a stable and/or taming pin. Otherwise it's prety good.
Hey my guy, nice house. But do you think you could slow it down a bit in the future. I had a tough time following lol
Awesome looking build! Question though: why do you use the sandstone foundations, then cover them in fences, then destroy the sandstone foundations and replace them with insulated wooden ceilings? Why not just keep the foundations?
I would imagine because on MP servers foundations are lag causeres so many try to epliminate as many foundations as posible.
Very nice base layout. I managed to get some inspiration from your video, to put into my own. But i can't seem to find the "Hanging Buttresses" that you put on the outer wall. Where do i find these?
They're the Chimney pieces from the Sandstone Timber extension set on the Bazaar :)
So I was looking at becoming a Patreon was wondering what level gets access to the full blueprints I've made a few of your builds so far and they are fun to just make a blow up then start another. So instead of having to pause and rewind speed builds I'd love to get hands on blueprints lol, I did actually use this one for awhile on my single player.
Glad to hear you're considering joining the Esteemed Coffee Cultists! I'll leave a list of all the tiers and benefits here: Initiate (£1/month): Name at the end of every video Pilgrim (£5/month): Bi-weekly wallpapers in 1080p and 4k resolutions, $5 Patron role in Discord, and all rewards from previous tiers Zealot (£9.50/month): Full previews of all future videos including blueprints where applicable, $10 Discord role and all rewards from previous tiers High Priest (£19/month): Extra support tier, able to request custom PC/Phone wallpapers, and all rewards from previous tiers
@@Eradicati0nn Awesome! Thanks for the info I checked the page out from your link maybe just overlooked the Zealot description with the blueprints. Looks like I'll be signing up for Zealot!
Good morning Can you help me with this question. Are those building iteou used (SandStone) DLC items??? Because I've seen these items in the admin panel, but whenever I try to pick up these contraction blocks, a message appears saying that the attempt to pick up the item failed, and even in creative mode with the hammer, these blocks don't appear for me.
Can you build a grotto like build? I’ve been wondering about one myself
What is the reason behind pulling up all the foundations in the interior floor and using ceiling plus pillars instead? Love your builds, I am starting a brand new single player game and plan to use some combined to make a town. Cheers!
Mainly aesthetics. I prefer to use fence foundations as they sit flush with the walls, whereas foundations underhang wall pieces slightly. It's also necessary for using wedge pieces & fence foundations, as fences don't snap to the angles that wedge pieces create.
@@Eradicati0nn Thank you for the reasons, I am trying to become a more varied builder and the insight helps me learn.
@@beckyp867 No worries! I've got a few videos on this channel about improving parts of your base like stairs, walls and roofs. Fence foundations are also really good for planning out your build ahead of time, saves you a lot of headache in the future
I'm working a new build design that admittedly is a direct combination of this starter base plate, with the base plate design from I BARDEN I argossean villa, not sure what the end product is gonna be since the roofing and floor total will most likely be different, I'm also trying to incorporate some concepts from lyumi light, as well as another concept from I BARDEN I. Wish me luck that the end product is satisfactory.
Good luck! You should definitely drop some pictures of the build in our Discord's 'Building Showcase' channel when it's finished!
@@Eradicati0nn if I can figure out how
Really like the look of this base was considering building it myself tbh only problem is i dont own any of the dlcs yet do you think its possible to make this base with the vanilla walls i was thinking maybe re inforced stone as im now living in the highlands, would really appreciate any advice you could give me as im fairly new to the game
Oh yeah this will absolutely work with vanilla pieces. Most of the walls are already Tier 2 and Tier 3 base game anyway, you'd just have to make some internal adjustments
I like this build and i've built it on my server but....theres a problem with purges. They just spawn inside the base itself. Is there any tips you could give for dealing with this?
How are you able to place fences between the struts in the interior?
Im currently buling this its bit different by being bigger yard adding few shops in the yard. The walls is the aeirs wall
Very simple but full of detail and flavor. Really cool little base design no doubt. Thanks for sharing. I don’t like copying peoples designs because most of the fun is coming up with something on my own, but taking inspiration from neat ideas is nice. I’m currently trying to figure out a design for a base set within a cave system. Think it’s called “the Crevice” on the map up north in the forest biome.
Now I have to go to gather some stone and woods....lots of ...stone and woods. :)
Tu as donné ton compte staem pour jouer, moi le discord me suffit largement , mais les administrateurs veulent absolument ce compte staem . pourquoi, ? moi je pense au piratage voilà.
Masterpiece! ❤ i love this game, i love ur arts ❤ 🥵
Also, if you were to use a different set (say, tier 3), to turn this into a not-so-starter base, what sets do you think would look nice?
I'd personally opt for Nemedian and Yamatai, or Nemedian and Insulated Wood. Both would work nicely
Tell me pls, what is in the left corner in the alchemy room?
I love the layout. Just a bit fast for me.
What was the base building/floor planning tool you used scene in the beginning of the vid?
I use FORTIFY, it's designed for Rust but works for Ark and Conan too. I have an entire video about using it here: kzhead.info/sun/rZSYXclxemainnk/bejne.html
is there a version similar to this for endgame? this one gets really limited in space as you progress
Have you done a boat build?
Any idea on how many building pieces this uses in total?
Excellent work. No excess talk. It would be great if you slowed down the visuals just a little for the old focks like me. It's so fast I had a hard time hitting the [pause button.
Glad you enjoyed! It's always a struggle balancing speed for the sake of brevity vs comprehensiveness of the content. Slowing the video down through the gear menu on the player can help in tricky spots :)
@@Eradicati0nn I still will watch your videos so its all good
good eye
where did you build this though
Show us how or where to build bases so that the purge only comes from one side to a defensive gate please.
Do i rly need the payed and normal battle pass buildings? Or can i also use normal ones?
Absolutely not, you can use any material you want! I chose to use stuff from the BP/Bazaar and DLC items, but you can easily make this from sandstone, stonebrick, black ice, whatever material you prefer
How do u fly in the air and build it like minecraft creative mode
Why do you get rid of the foundations?
this layout doesnt work for me... when i try to cennect the front triangles they are going to overlap - no matter from which side i build. i might do something wrong. not sure tho
im trying to do this layout and it is not working it keeps being off and not matching up
new here, do you have a basegame (or + free mods) version? ty mate!
I usually run base game with all the DLC. I rarely use mods for build videos, but if I do, they'll always be shown in the requirements page :)
My builds are usually a rectangular shed 😂
I've been watching alot of your Conan build content, and I'm constantly left with my jaw open by what I see. Walking around this building it looks liek a warm, lived-in home. My bases are so bland in comparison, an I'm bookmarking these videos for reference material every day. I have one request. While I know you resevr blueprints and such for your Patreons, I'm not in a position to join any monthly memberships right now. Would you be willing (if possible) to just list the total number of build pieces and total number of placeables in future videos? Even a close approximation would be great. Most of the servers I play on have some form of build and placeable limits for players, and I'm terrible at estimating those numbers. It would be nice to be able to evaluate if any particular build, or something in its realm, was viable on those servers. Either way, thanks for making this content. It's great inspiration.
Hi Kevin, I'm glad you're enjoying the videos so much! I do try to include the blueprints in all the videos, Patrons just get a downloadable version too as there's no way to offer PNG downloads through KZhead 😂 As for building pieces, I don't tend to keep track unfortunately, especially not for placeables. I tend to add, move, remove and change things regularly during decoration so it's a nightmare to track, and knowing how bad I am with numbers, it'd be something that I get wrong regularly 😂 There's definitely plenty of builds on my channel that should be modest enough for servers with build limits though, I try and keep it realistic rather than building 30,000 piece mansions all the time (though I've done that before lmao)
