  • The way I found to celebrate the majesty of Dimash's talent was to have written the following about him: If I were to rule the world, I would immediately add, to the universal declaration of human rights, another article (they would become 31) whose wording would next "All human beings have the right, at least once in their lives, to hear Dimash sing". I am a Professor and I believe that I have a special profession that allows me to transform the human heart and consequently the human society. I work with young people and young people need to have good references. I had been looking for someone for a long time, of whom I could speak to the young people I work with, as a good reference. That person should be young, a super talent, a super mega star in the art world and above all, because he is the most important, a good human person. I searched and never found anyone with these characteristics. Until, finally, I found this person and that person is Dimash. I had the opportunity to say this to Dimash, personally, when I was with him in Latvia where I went, coming from Portugal (there are 8000 km round trip), on the 7th of March 2020. With friendship Rui Baptista

It still happens very often for me. Then going through his catalog I have many favorites And I know so many of us Dears are referring music to you. I don’t think you’d be disappointed with any. Just a side note - you are extremely pleasing to watch the reaction with. You have beautiful eyes, beautiful mouth and your face is so expressive with how you feel. Thank you very much

  • I absolutely loved your reaction and explanations! Dimash’s “work” note is E6. He uses it often. There are videos where he is warming up to the “Queen of the Night” as well. We don’t know the limits of his range because, firstly, he says it varies from one day to another, and, secondly, he is secretive about it and doesn’t want to have attention on it. His “Ikanaide” is the vocal master class for me. I hope you will react to it in the future. ❤

The one I was remembering was one where he was wandering around the stage just kinda singing to himself while the orchestra and stage folks were setting up and figuring out how they wanted to handle things for a performance. I always liked that one...just Dimash singing his music for his own sake, not for anyone watching.

However, there are other songs that will completely break your mind and leave your soul soaring high in disbelief, taking you places that a single voice was once thought impossible to do, made reality. Ave Maria written by Igor is one of them. No lyrics, just vocalizations. Pure magic. Thanx for the react vid. ❤

  • If you really want to hear Dimash, play "Unforgettable day" - Gaku. He wrote that song himself when he was about 16 years old. And at this concert he conquered the note D8. Then I recommend "Stranger" and certainly "Daybreak" - Bastau. The song is based on a real event - a cable car crash (fall). The song tells about it from the point of view of a small child who survived only because his mother protected him with her own body. I always cry at that song. Always read the lyrics first, because as you probably already know, his songs have a deep meaning. Thanks for your videos. I wish you all the best from the Czech Republic.

He is a multi-millionaire composer, producer. performer and is Russian. Many of the songs Dimash sings Igor wrote long ago and have been sung my Lara Fabian, Aida Garifullina (kzhead.info/sun/qJppn8Vlq4iNq30/bejne.html) and Dmitri Hvorostovsky among others. He has written many songs for Dimash as well. Dimash sings a song on Igor's birthday extravaganza with Lara and Aida Ti Amo Cosi, lovely.

  • Speechless, wordless, breathless, and goosebumps. These are all perfectly usual reactions of mega-millions of listeners to Dimash. 😂 What's fascinating to us Dears, is when classically trained musicians, who can precisely describe exactly what Dimash is doing vocally, are still / equally gobsmacked! Yes, the lyrics - and driving pace of the composition - are all about urging the athletes to do their 'very best'! # Also, something VERY significant here, which many don't pick up, is that Dimash had faulty IEM's. He was repeatedly trying to signal, {clapping his hands to his ears} throughout the performance to the sound engineers, that he was getting nothing through his monitors, whilst simultaneously trying to make his gestures look naturally part of the performance! So, for most of this he couldn't hear { properly? /at all? } either the backing musicians, nor the choir. Good thing he has perfect pitch and perfect timing wasn't it! Just imagine the pressure. This was the first performance of the first song written especially for his voice by Igor, and as a Headline Act at the European Games, with a vast arena audence numbering in the tens of thousands, and many millions of TV viewers of this event, in participating home countries. Whilst DImash had already built a following of many millions across Eastern Europe and Asia, this was a very significant event for Dimash's career; providing mass exposure to a much larger 'Western' European Audience. So, his achievement here was even more impressive. I think you can see the huge release of tension right at the end as he steps forward...

  • So very glad you did this performance. Love his power and skill, but also loved the persistent percussive background that literally compelled the performance forward. They combined for musical magic.

  • I love how his back up singers are male during his higher register and female during his deeper. This performance leaves me feeling like I ran on the treadmill.

  • Hello, I loves to see a professional reacting to Dimash, by the way you have to see Ave María, Diva dance in Bastau (a live concert), Opera 2 and also in a joke he made with a youtuber friend called Crazy Max he does the magic flute, just like they sing it at the Opera, it's wonderful. But what I like most about him is his humble personality, his maturity and depth with which he answers questions in interviews, his humanity. These days, these qualities of being an excellent artist and an excellent person are really rarely seen together.

  • I will admit, we Dears love Dimash without question, and I will watch anyone experience his voice, So many don’t learn anything about him and thus lose so much that he is doing and giving. So it is wonderful to hear someone who actually understands in depth what he is doing and what a miracle it is. Hopefully you will continue on the path if you do you can be assured will support you and we are a very vocal lot lol…. Ikanaide is a wonderful song if you want to experience his soft immaculate control. Also we realize copyright is a pain so we are understanding if manipulation has to be done to get the reaction through there is so very much Dimash to Discover you can NOT put Dimash in a box he can do it all including rap…lol

  • "His “Ikanaide” is the vocal master class for me." I second that motion. "Ava Maria" is a new version of a classic, new in a way that only Dimash is able to sing it; and it is stunning the way he uses the sound "Ah" to grip your heart.

  • Great reaction! in fact there is a video where he is playing with his voice singing Queen of the night. He, of course, nails it. There is no surprise here. To say that Dimash, this man, is one of a kind is an understatement. In fact I think the craziest thing he has done till now is singing live the aria from the movie "The Fifth Element", The Diva Dance. Incredible and out of this World!

  • Unforgettable Day performed at Gakku for the highest note I've ever heard...Opera2 from a Chinese competition show in 2018( I think) His full live performance of his Story of One Sky gives me chills and tears. The mv of that composition( which he wrote) is heartbreaking
