    • And Arnold did do behind the neck presses with a bar and chin ups with a wide grip. They were essential in those days. Everyone did them. You can see it in Pumping Iron. Lou Ferrigno does behind the neck press and it's also included in the Encyclopedia that they were holding in the thumbnail. Both the wide grip behind the neck press and the chin ups. Arnold always favored a wider grip, even on his bicep curls with a bar. Here's Arnold doing wide grip behind the neck chin ups: qph.fs.quoracdn.net/main-qimg-17a3a9fcc3a2b6998d09edc27c78fb4c

  • All of Arnold's routines were hard. I tried his arm workout and it was difficult - and long! It took hours to finish but the pump was great. I had no idea how much better the pump was for bicep curls just by widening my grip on the bar until I tired Arnold's routine.

    • @Logan Waltz I did. It took me almost 2 hours to finish because my arms were fried but the pump was damn good.

I burned 1500 calories and as I’m quite overweight, I’m defs gonna be doing more of Arnold’s workouts incorporated with my strength focused training.

From Devon to "The Mountain", and the rock wall climbing videos. You're doing it, you're legit. Keep it up man, so great to see you grow.
