Tbh it just sounds like a credit/debit card with addendums. Cash is rarely used now anyways. Source: Work in a environment that used to be very cash heavy, now nearly entirely credit/debit. All of which, is digital money. You don't see it. Its numbers in a system. Sure, you can try to withdraw it from a bank for hard currency, but that is not always guaranteed (which is why banks collapse)
When things are digital, they are dependent on power, internet and software programs. When one of these factors failed for one reason or another, everything get stuck, then we are back to square one. Another catch 22 situation....

Cashless is not good because if something happens like a natural or anything that takes down computer systems, we will not be able to purchase anything. And in the event of emergencies we all need access to goods and services. So it's definitely better to keep cash as an option.
I was at a gas station where nobody was able to buy anything with a credit/ debit card because the card readers system was not working. I had cash and walked past the line and paid for my fuel and drinks.

The fact that our own government has stopped taking payments in the form of the US dollar is scary especially when the dollar states right on the face " THIS NOTE IS LEGAL TENDER FOR ALL DEBTS PUBLIC AND PRIVATE" in all caps. in Missouri the state legislature introduced a bill that would make gold and silver official currency within the state and accepted as payment for all taxes due. This bill also mandates a percentage of the states funds to be kept in gold and silver, I think it has already passed but not 100% sure.

This is pro-Russian propaganda. The dollar will not be significantly affected by any recent changes or China allies preferring petro-yuan over petro-dollar. It comes down to what currency exporters want... which could be anything. Exporters can accept pesos, Euros, construction labor or even chickens if trade regulations allow the deal. Exporters have to please their customers too, which later down the line would likely be a bank. Banks want currency that has high liquidity and flexibility. They want a currency that is accepted throughout the largest number of sectors around the world so they are sure to have as many investment options as possible. The dollar is obviously the most accepted worldwide. The ratio it takes to change the preferred oil currency is not linear. It not 1 to 1. Advanced world economics equations are widely understood to operate accurate to the market. The ratio of influence on each end of the scale is exponentially higher than the center (50/50). That means the influence needed to move the value from 1 dollar to 0.99 cents is much higher than the influence needed to move it from 0.60 to 0.59. Considering that the US is officially the largest oil exporter by a lot, the math basically says the potential trades made in petro-yuan would have little to no effect on the dollar value. Remember, US and our allies all trade in petro-dollar. Very few Chinese or Indian banks will be interested in excluding the technologically progressive sectors of the west. They would be limiting their investment options by an extreme amount if they agree to accepting yuan for large oil trades. All petro-yuan and petro-dollar means is the agreed currency between exporters and buyers. You could implement the same concept for any other sector... like steel for example. By the way, the change to petro-yuan is something China and Russia are currently pushing to strike fear into Americans regarding the value of the dollar. Obviously this dude in the video didn't explain any of that, he just jumps to the fear mongering propaganda meant to turn Americans away from supporting the war or trusting US government. The cashless bullshit this guy is talking about is meant to strike fear into uneducated people who really don't understand how money works. If you want to maintain wealth and security you don't hold cash!! Investments in securities, bonds, raw materials etc, will always prove to be the better option. If you diversify across all sectors and multiple banks you'll not only make more money, but you'll also have impenetrable security. The only reason you should be concerned about not being able to use cash is if your a criminal. Are you planning to launder money?😅 There are not laws telling companies to accept cash or not. Companies can do what they want. If it causes them to lose business, well that's their fault. Cash is not going away. Russia would've gained leverage directly within the US. When Biden was elected, those deals were not allowed because of the obvious Kremlin influence they would have on American government.
