WARNING: LADY IS KNOCKED OUT BY ROUGH WAVES !! | Boats at Haulover Inlet | WAVY BOATS
Rough waves at Haulover Inlet this week and passengers are still riding the bow while paying the consequences. Hopefully no one was seriously injured but some of these did not look good. Enjoy the video.

Which boat failed the hardest this episode? 😳
I mean. In that water, in some of those boats, not wearing a PFD is a fail immediately.
Its a toss up between grandma and black guy but aleast he was smart enough just to stay down grandma will never get on boat again
1:39 was so supprising to take on so much water with such a deep haul. I'm shocked at the performance of this boat.. certainly not a boat for me... I thought with twin engines it would make a excellent short distance fishing boat for 4 men. Maybe it's okay for a lake boat... Thanks for sharing this video!
All of them
0:08 The face plant. I think that qualifies for the hardest fail.
Any competent, intelligent, skilled captain would not allow his passengers to ride up front in that kind of rough water.
Which is why we are here.
Any person with the tiniest amount of common sense would not want to sit up there. The best spot on the boat is the aft bench.
Dude, it's FLORIDA....Add BEER....come on man....
KZhead commenters always acting like they've never done anything stupid lol.
I don't understand what they be thinking...they must be renting for the first time
Somehow, I'm still amazed by the stupidity of these boat "captains"... Keep people off the damn bow in rough water!!!
I've had almost zero experience boating in my life but these videos are awesome, I'll find myself watching for hours.
First guy laughing as he injures one of his passengers and nearly sinks the boat. Genius
It's fun to get wet it's hot in Florida
The Mystery boat is a "Black Thunder" made in Hannibal MO. They are famous for there tall ceiling height when the rage was all the go fas boats. Popular at Lake of The Ozarks
their
2:50 this is a real shame. I totally agree with M L. Also grandma will NEVER step foot into another boat long as she lives and she will always resent captain for putting her at such risk.
"Come out on the boat, it'll be fun"
...........for others viewing
🤣🤣🤣
@Alonso Gee HAHAHA hadn't thought of that
..says someone who is missing a tooth
Thats why you go to the gulf
No, thumbs up for thoughtful, responsible, skilled captains. I'm continually blown away at how foolish these captains are with passengers in the bow through heavy waves.
3:30 Those Seavee's bleed off the energy from those waves like nothing else. They have the best hull design for these waves.
Regarding the first one: are you a "the boat's half full of water" type or do you see it as "the boat's half empty of water"?
I'm more of a half afloat vs half sunk
I liked the way the water washed over the roof to fill the stern while the bow stuff filled the front.
L O L GOOD QUESTION !!!
1:13 is a metaphor for my life. One minute you're chilling...Then you're hanging on for dear life!
3:25 The most brave skipper-babe I have ever seen! Thumbs up guys!
Absolutely ruthless
And she aced it!
She was actually more knowledgeable and skillful than most men.
Had it been a male, the footage would still be on the editors floor, your thirst to praise women is sickening
Seems like everyone who goes through Haulover should have to watch one of these videos first.
Be careful. My girl friend was on a boat that came down way too hard off a wave and she wasn't sitting in one of the hydraulic seats. When we got back to Port she was sore and miserable. Pouted all weekend and never left the fishing lodge. Got her checked out when we got back to civilization and turns out she cracked a disc in her lower back....oops.😵💥
Yep, broke my back.
@@elizabethrasmussen2903 👉❤ yikes
Will you make another video of just bow stuffing please? Those are hilarious 😂 !!!!
Bro for reals!! It’s hilarious! My buddy use to be in the marines told me about this channel I guess when he was out vacationing in Miami he would watch this craziness in person lol!
Another great video! Your MB is a Baja. The lady Capt on the SeaVee at the 3:45 mark just slayed Haulover that day! Came in at the right speed and picked the line just perfect like a boss! as for the two that stuffed the bow at the beginning, one of the boats should not have been going out (not an offshore boat - low freeboard, the other one just bad planning) Hope that lady is OK on the other one. It looked like she took a beating!
Broke my back while boating the Chesapeake Bay in 2003. Heard my back crack and passed out. Watching this makes me I’ll.
Can’t understand why capts don’t tell passengers to sit in the back of the back during rough water.
If the "captain" doesn't know enough to slow down do you think they are smart enough to tell the passengers what to do?
@Will.J Ha ha
Why are the smaller boats even going out when the water is that rough???? Oh, that's right..... they're cool..... NOT!! "HERE'S YOUR SIGN" (stupid) If they were wearing signs, a lot of those idiots could have been stopped..... smh 🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️😂
'Hey man you might want to get in the back or you might get knocked off' Nah man i'm fine, i gotta show the ladies how cool i am because i sit in the front
@@Misha-dr9rh EXACTLY 😂 sometimes your friend is stubborn as a mule and you gotta let them learn
Thanks for the fun videos!
Hows that awesome lady at 3:51. She should give lessons to all the other nobs out there on how to drive a boat! Completely nailed it!!
We were here this Saturday visiting from Illinois. We've been watching your Hallover videos all winter and had to visit in person. We saw the tripod set up but we parked on the rock side. Wish we could have said hello
3:47 she drove thru like a boss😎😎😎
👍👍👍 Love your posts! Babes on the bow not bad either! 👍👍👍
Love those beautiful Hatteras boats..
The Scout was perfect. Looked so smooth
I literally laughed at some of these, n sorry even grandma. I would hope that if grandma was not ok they would've turned around instead of kept going. Some of the comments had me laughing harder
That Starcraft is added to my list of boats that I wouldn’t take on Lake Erie, let alone THE GODDAMN OCEAN 😂
Lol you see them all day pulling out of Marblehead.
@@JaZu I need to pay more attention (I’m in Marblehead too!!) There are, admittedly, a lot of smaller boats on the bay. I use my 16’ woody all the time in that area and around the sandbar.
Apparently that shit is C certified which means its rated for 2 meter high waves... I call bullshit on its C certification rating, if that thing where to get certified in Europe it wouldve guaranteed barely passed D certification (18 inches high waves)...
Riding the bow in the inlet never gets old!
The Scouts never seem to have any trouble with Haulover.
Scouts are one of the best boats on the market. Priced well too.
@@frankb4199 What about the hatteras had no problem.
BEST ONE YET!
Midnight Express was quite lovely!
The Starcraft MDX 211 bow is perfect for Haulover (from youtube users point of view of course)....it collects water perfectly, I would call it "spoon bow"!
It's an absolutely stupid little boat that should not be anywhere near Haulover. Absolutely the most dangerous boat I've seen on this channel!
Oh man that grey SeaVee at 3:50 was so perfect.
comedic gold , wavy
Good stuff Man! The captain at 1:20 , he is definitely not familiar with the term, "Trim Up", lol , and the size of that Sea Chaser was way too small for that speed in that weather condition.
i just love your vids dude im yelling at the screen my wifes yelling too its great
The Hatteras shows how it's done.
Helps when your 45+ foot boat has like 10 tons of displacement :)
For real
Awesome video thank you
I have a question: is the speed really necessary to get out / in of this inlet?
grandma played bumper pool with her noggin.
Guy on the bow of the first boat got a nice bath 😂
Definitely! 😂
Freedom boat club !!!! Just sign and drive
Seems that a few boats take a little shower in this part of the inlet.
He also got banged the F up! That Captain is a dick for letting him ride up there...& then showing no concern to see if he's ok. Crazy
It never ceases to amaze me the amount of people that go out of this inlet with no clue on how to handle it. I am surprised that there are not more boats sinking, drownings and injuries.
You'd think with a little practice they might develop some boating skills, and experience with that rough water inlet.
All the money in the world cant fix stupid
I love these videos… these guys are like “We can make it, we can make it” few waves later, “Turn around, turn around, HEEEEELP!”
Goin home all battered and bruised after a pleasure boat ride at Haulover Inlet, Florida!
Wow! There should be a medical kiosk in close proximity!
👍🏼 great camera work as always! 1, 2 and she's out!!
Was really hoping the Key West 244 would of done a lot better.. I have one and it rides really good for a 24 ft boat.
I love the Midnight Express
WOW,. I truly hope she is in good health, nothing major I feel bad for her.
Oh man, she pinballed between the seat. I do hope she’s all right.
Me too. That was sad. People become disabled for life!
Been a long-standing subscriber and love your videos but way to many ads! Tone it down on the ads a bit we all get it but seriously not as enjoyable with all the ads. Keep up the great work with less ads! Thanks! 😉
Have to laugh! Little boats be like "waves too big, I go back" Hatteras says "what waves?"
I love the people in little lake boats that try the ocean.
That star craft open bow hull design is not meant for rough water 💦
Key west boats are the best out there. Cant change my mind. I have a 96 1720 sports man. It runs like brand new with its 115 merc too
Turn out the lights the party's OVER...on the KEY WEST🤣🤣🤣
I am shocked at the lack of life jackets not being worn! I understand not wearing in calm water but seems like a no Brainer for the few min going in our out.
Respect it. Never try to deny it
Iam going to vacation in Florida this spring, hopefully Corona virus is finally done. Iam looking forward to renting several different boats for fishing and pleasure .. Looking forward to navigate through the inlet while filming ..from the boat to shore should provide some unique footage! Any suggestions on what size (length) and shape of boats to rent and if possible any local rental companies to rent a boat from... Tnx in advance. . Mel
That Key West 263fs makes me so sad 😞 My 186 will do long frequency 4’ waves at 25kts all day I gotta believe a boat that much longer could slice through those
Was taking waves like these every summer days on a 14' 69 owen with a 50hp mercury.I was 13yrs old. Never let the bow down,Water never came in.
That mystery boat is always at Chesapeake Inn in Maryland during the summer
Damn that first boat's gonna capsize. Trim that bow up man!
I'm not a boat expert by any means but one can instantly tell which boats are made for lakes and which ones are made for offshore.
Boats with a quad setup with 1800hp. Is this needed for top speed? What would it do with 3 engines?
Do boats in FL not have a trim? Or do some of these capt. Not know how to use them ?
Buddy in river/lake boat with almost zero freeboard at the bow heads out to blue water...what could possibly go wrong?
This was hard to watch! That poor lady grandma, and the captain looked mad that she got hurt!
I don’t know witch is best but all were funny as hell! Hope everyone is ok!😂😂😂oh and if your going to be in the front on the boat put on a helmet!😂
Helmet is ok but when somebody goes overboard.... without a life jacket.... big waves...panic. Say goodbye.
That was brutal!!
Sea vee is the haulover champ!
Stupid question but I am kind of new to “fancy” boats. What in the world are those poles for at 4:39 ??? They seem like more of a hazard and a easy way for the company that produced the boat to get a bunch of resales on those broken poles when they hit and snap on something…
What are the super long poles on some of these boats? Are they antennae ? Sorry, I'm obviously not a golfer.
When I was young I would have loved boating in this rough water, now not so much. I know I would get hurt for sure.
So, it's best to have a larger/more powerful boat and haul ass to stay on top of the wake?
Llllets get ready to mumble in a wheelchair after spinal fusion surgery... 😆 the best beat downs on the net, Live it! Love it
9:37, nice Azimut in the background.
The Mystery Boat is a Black Thunder. Built in Hannibal, MO
agreed black thunder
Wow the key west design has really come a long way - almost thought it was a scout. My mom was in bow and we hit a bump- broke her back / compression fracture. Not fun. Sure hope every one is ok. Mystery boat is a sonic / black thunder isn’t it?
We have a nasty inlet just up the road from there, Sebastian. And I never let anyone in the bow when transiting. Also, did the Hatteras make it through the bridge with the outriggers deployed?
The captain of the sea chaser will never hear the end of that one 😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣
Close to end you had 2 boats named Midnight Express. But the first of the 2 was Midnight Moves...
I'm glad.
Dude in the Scout had good surf game
On the 2nd clip guying was thinking maybe I should of have stay home fishing today was a bad indeed🤣
The 1 consistent thing i noticed in this video is very few boats had there vhf antennas up.
It amazes me why people sit up the front of the boat going through the inlet ... great advice from the captain. Sit at the back and you’ll do fine
The bumpers hanging all over the boat is always your first clue
For the next Haulover boats challenge, I want to see people up on the scafolding on boats like the Seavee boats.
Gotta love the teenagers in the first one. Guy hanging right off the bow. Give that thing a little throttle and raise the bow too. Can’t help but notice not one person in any of these boats had a life preserver on going out an inlet that rough.
I give that grandma a credit for actually trying to go forward to aid her grandchild girl instead of trying to retreat to the back of the boat as many would do untill she got KO.
So many people leaving the trim right down. leave it up a bit so you can play with the throttle and push the nose up when its taking a dunk.
Love these videos! DUMB NON-BOATER QUESTION: So what's the trick? Fast? Slow? Somewhere in between? Nothing appears to work, depending on size of boat.
Speed is what you need. Too slow and you get stuffed, and worse.
Poor grandma just auditioned as a stunt double for a pinball.
2:50 You ain't never gonna see grandma on a boat again I can guarantee you that lmao.
Some of these people have extreme balls to even try with the boats they have
Those big wide flairing bows, hard to push them under, but hard to float them back when they do go under.
Knocked out ? You ok ?. While your down there get me a beer.
Mystery boat 1 is a big thunder I believe. I love the paint scheme on that MTI at time stamp 8:35. It’s different, it don’t look like all the other MTI V42’s.
I think it's Black Thunder Marine. Could be wrong though
@@plantdesigns7889 yeah u might be right, I knew it was something thunder. I just couldn’t remember what exactly it was lol. But that sounds right.
@@markmorgan5892 yeah it can get confusing haha. Big Thunder is dealership that deals in big boats on Lake of the Ozarks and now in florida. There's (as mentioned) Black Thunder, and also Active Thunder. Too many uses of the word Thunder in my opinion 😂😂😂 Oh yeah, there's also the Fountain Thunder Cat. Pretty sweet little boat. Much like the MTI cats with twin outboards we see in a lot of these videos.
@@plantdesigns7889 yeah that fountain, I got to ride in that boat last year at MIBS before all this covid shit started. That boat is badass and rides like a dream for only being 34ft long. And yeah we go to LOTO almost every year for the shootout and I almost said active thunder instead of big thunder but I just couldn’t remember exactly lol. I live on Grand Lake O’Cherokees (GLOC) and our lake is a lot like LOTO. Lots of money, big boats, go-fast boats and everything in between.
is it better to go fast or slow?
