Yea that's what sparring is. It's supposed to be light and fun. You don't have to body spam every advantage you have. You allow the person to work. We aren't doing this to inflict pain the mechanics is just something we enjoy. I mean there are literally professional dart leagues and they don't take a pipe to the guys knees. Also what a gift to this older gentleman that someone doesn't use pretend pity to keep him from participating.
