Copper aluminum and stainless steel easily “glue” to themselves when pressed together. That’s how multi clad cookware is made.

0:32 cold welding, well with that amount of pressure alot of heat is generated, but not enough to melt and alloy

Have you tried different metal scrubbing pads? They make stainless steel and, brass, and copper ones.

What if? Run "HiPress Test" after baking both metals to 1000°C or 1000 °F? What's it take to make BRASS?

It would be cool to make a fully automated hydraulic can squisher that makes pellets like this for DIY forges and sell it. There are lots of YT channels that DIY melt metals in forges.
