  • When I’m on marijuana I literally think about this exactly. How do we decide what time is? How does our conscience know how long of a pause a second is? Or a minute? Or an hour? Because our brains all collectively tell us? I believe we truly can change reality because we’re already doing it.

One time he stood up and announced that my brother was almost home. Sure enough he my brother walked through the door minutes later.

    • This is not what the double slit experiment is. The "observation" is not done by humans. To observe something, you need light. So when observing light itself, the light used to observe it interacts with the light being observed, creating the effects.

  • The arrow of time points forward in time because of the wave function collapse. Because causality has a speed limit every point in space sees itself as the closest to the present moment. When we look out into the universe, we see the past which is made of particles (GR). When we try to look at smaller and smaller sizes and distances, we are actually looking closer and closer to the present moment (QM). The wave property of particles appears when we start looking into the future of that particle. It is a probability wave because the future is probabilistic. Wave function collapse happens when we bring a particle into the present/past.

  • But the act of observing in this case is Not just consciously looking at it with our naked eyes, right? To 'observe' particles we need to interact with it somehow, bouncing a photon off it to get a reading or something. That alone would possibly collapse the particle.

To 'observe' particles we need to interact with it somehow, bouncing a photon off it to get a reading or something. That alone would possibly collapse the particle."_ 'Observation' is distinct from 'interaction'. Why would you try to make them the same thing? When I observe something, I don't have to interact with it. I can *OBSERVE* cars on the road, or people in a park, or clouds in the sky. The same is true of particles. We may not see them with our naked eye, but we can design equipment that can *observe* without *interacting.*

The "which way " information means which way the photons, electrons and full atoms go through the double slits.Knowledge means consciousness. Therefore consciousness not simply looking is causing the wave function to collapse.

  • The idea that the future can change the past reminds me of the movie back to the future where Marty starts to disappear in the picture he is holding up when he is singing the song called Earth Angel. Also I like the idea that the video mentions all that is needed is coniousness to change something that happened in the past because it is still impossible for man kind to travel faster than the speed of light to travel back in time using Einsteins Theory general theory of relativity.Although my theory is some day it might be possible to construct a time machine that could travel faster than light and travel back in time. Also it is theorically possible to travel faster than light using GPS systems because the mathematics of time travel is still real and therefore we know mental time travel is possible. We also know there are a lot of people in the world who practice mental time travel and some people practice it more than others. Here is a great quote to remember of Albert Einsteins . Albert Einstein said Imagination is more important than knowledge. We can take that quote into consideration when we mental time travel. Also here is another great quote when you are mentally time traveling Leonardo da Vinci said Anyone who argues with authority is not using their intelligence they are only using their memory. This quote is important to remember because when we consider mental time travel we have to consider the rules and attitudes of those decades so remember to not argue and stay humble when mentally time traveling. Some people mental time travel when they are talking about there past and they don't even know it.When I mentally time travel I make it count after all the forbidden fruit in the garden of Eden wasn't a apple 🍎 I found of imagine my shock to find myself standing in the garden of Eden with Adam and Eve under a fig tree.

    @gregoryheelan@gregoryheelan Жыл бұрын
    • Not quite. It has nothing to do with humans or living beings. The act of measuring the results with an device changed the nature of photons. If it was human presence or observance, then we would simply see something completely different from what a device would measure. In our case the difference appeared visually, as seen by us, when the device was turned on. You can not impact physical matter. Sorry

  • We can't reconcile the very large with the very small, yet we persist in this conjecture that what strange happenings occur with the very small can somehow just translate over to the very large. So either we have the continuum is no time, but at every instant, or consciousness is everything. I still believe time's arrow is merely it expanding, just as the spatial Universe moves beyond the Big Bang

I dreamed of many films and TV shows like Stranger Things early in childhood, and later experienced them again as they were released. I dreamed of Markiplier in 1998 - before the existence of KZhead. Markiplier began actively making KZhead videos around 2012. While these may seem like mundane trivia for dreams; the effect on my life has been profound, because this happens so often. I dreamed so many things like this, starting when I was 2-3 years old, that I have grown to expect many more of my childhood dreams to unfold eventually. Now I do not dream as much when I sleep, but now I can remain connected to the dream world when I am awake, and I am often aware of both worlds at the same time.

  • Time is just a man made construct to keep track of events. There is a true story of a man who went hiking in the forest. He went thru this one trail where he encountered a young boy walking toward him who looked oddly familiar, reminding him of himself. When he got home, he realized when he was 8, he was on the same trail and remembered encountering a man who looked like an uncle of his, wearing the same clothing he was just wearing. He encountered himself thru a time bending portal. Another account is an older woman who went to a shopping mall and saw a young woman who looked like herself, standing at a counter looking at some items. Same thing, she remembered as a young woman doing shopping there wearing the same clothes.

  • This is mind blowing until I remember that I learned to move the entire universe before I could talk, just by moving my foot backwards. Whenever I turned my head right, the universe spun left about me. Later, I learned to predict and effect the future well enough to play soccer or the violin with reasonable accuracy. The only things we know of the universe are our perceptions of it, and we can make no statement that isn't secretly prefaced either by "I perceive that..." or "Somebody told me...". Most of us learn that we can effect the universe, though admittedly some of us only drive the camera. My arm is part of the universe, as are the things I hold. I think the amazement at these topics (and even at those more directly claiming mind-matter interaction) comes from realizing you are Spirit after having forgotten.

  • We shouldn't be at all surprised that the future changes the past. Different futures would come from different pasts. So for example if my bus comes in one minute the past was different than if it comes in half an hour.

  • 5:00 What tool did they use to “observe” it? It’s more likely the tool did more than “observe” the photons. Humans looking at photons is not the same as using a tool to “observe” them.

  • Yes that is possible if we are traveling at the speed of light like the photons. We can change the future traveling at the rate of light.

  • All observations and reflections of light collapse the wave function. What is light without receivers and transmitters? We are not just elemental benders, we are also light benders.

  • You should look into the work of Neville Goddard… I know he was not a scientist but many people today regard his work as based on quantum physics and exactly what you talked about in this video. That our imagination creates the 3D reality. Neville Goddard explains in his books and lectures which you can find on KZhead very precisely all the mechanisms of how we as humans go about this manifestation… It is quite scientific and not new age junk… I really enjoyed this video and knowing that science does back what is known as The Law Of Assumption… More people should learn what it is… God Bless Everyone…

  • It doesnt sound like consciousness itself is making a difference..it sounds like the measuring is restricting the probabilities of the particles through space time..if particles exsist in super position and u measure u cause their super position to "pick" entangling thier definitive possition with the measurment..and time does exsist as a wave of entropy in a direction through space..time is a real thing and you have collapsed the wave function

    • The result of the experiment only proves that Noone understands the wave that photons ride on doesn't prove that consciousness changes anything at all

  • A lot of hooey. No, the future does not change the past. No, consciousness does not change reality. Yes, time does not exist. It is a measurement, like feet and inches. Observation can and sometimes does change results, depending on what it is of course. I was waiting for him to say, "the cat is both dead and alive", but I'm sure that's for another video.

  • How about keeping two double slits instead of photon detector. So if we act telling photon I know you have conciousness, lets see If I put two double slits and no photon detector at the end of second double slit you photon now should behave as particle and show only two verticle straight lines. There you go no need of photon detector!

  • So, you might deduct that humans when observed are also binary. There are two possible outcomes. If they are left to their own conscious, they have a spectrum of choices and decisions that all lead to alternate spectrums and the possibilities for humanity are amplified?
