There's alot of people saying it's pointless. Give it a shot. I just did it in my garage gym at the end of my workout. I superset them with horizontal rows. Its like TRX push ups where you can really get a good contraction at the top,almost like a cable fly. I like the TRX version better,but this is a close second. It's different for sure. Thanks for posting, much appreciated.

This Excercise Gives More pressure on your shoulders. And you need to have a proper control while it's rolling closer to your chest. Or else you might get injured.

I mean I get anytime your bring your hands closer on a press you get better usage out of the chest. But for a woman especially this just isn’t necessary. Just get 10$ sliding plates and do regular pushups and bring the hands closer
