I read all 784 pages of "Long Walk to Freedom" and this idea that Trump has anything in common with Nelson Mandela is ludicrous beyond words. Especially when you consider that one of the things that made Nelson Mandela exceptional was his abiltiy to accept his own culpability of thought and action. Like most great people, he was a complex figure. His ideas changed from youth to adulthood and were shaped not only by his experiences but by his dogged pursuit of education while he was imprisoned. RIP Mr. Mandela.

I've read that her law school is almost denying all culpability regarding her law degree.
Trump tried to have the case moved to federal, but to no avail. Even if it was moved to federal court, it would be held in a federal court in New York state. The prosecution would still be the Manhattan DA. The judge would be a federal judge, possibly Lewis Kaplan. The jury pool would still be made up of residents of that federal district which would be New York citizens. The jury is vetted by the defense. Does she expect the Manhattan DA to work outside their jurisdiction? She cried before that the entire case is outside Bragg's jurisdiction. Now she's complaining the case was brought inside his jurisdiction. Do his water carriers sit around and workshop new ways to cry victim?

In the Georgia case, if it was moved to federal court, it would be the same DA prosecuting the case. The judge would be federal, and the jury pool would be from the federal district. The punishment would still be in Georgia under their laws. It's only moved for convenience. That's from +30yr federal prosecutor Glenn Kirschner when multiple GA RICO defendants tried moving it to federal court.
