    • @@michaelmichaelson6766 That's the only video I've seen from Dodo but you're correct, having money has nothing to do with internal kindness. So if crazy means that you'd rescue an animal, give it love and take care of it, then I'd much rather be crazy, and I would do the same exact thing.

It looked like a naked mole rat when I got it but has some fur now lol my girlfriends little brother found it and wanted to take care of it but he couldn’t so we tried to find someone who would take it and no one would or they said they’d euthanize it. • @@brandongreene5674 I think that's great you're taking care of it. Not sure about the whipping cream however. I think the other stuff you're giving it is fine. I remember seeing another channel about a rescued squirrel and it mentioned pedialyte as well. I think cow's milk isn't good for squirrels. Cow's milk is also really really bad for deer. I saw a video where the poor little deer fawn was convulsing due to the Cow's milk. Please keep the Cow's milk away! We trapped a baby squirrel in our house in a cage (called Hav a Heart; that's the spelling) & safely removed it and reunited it with it's family. The parents and sibling kept coming around to try & get back inside, or at least get their other baby out. I still watch out for it when the little ones are around & I think it remembers me. I was leaving peanuts for it to eat since it was with us for about 8, or 9 days. I also had tried playing squirrel sounds I found online for it. My brother suggested putting in an apple, & that's how we successfully caught the little guy (or girl)...

    • Not always (there are some very loyal people out there) but yes people can often let you down. It’s why they say when you are at your lowest and have lost everything you find out who your real friends are (and those people in your life you should really appreciate them as you may only find a handful of them your entire life). It’s also why some person came up with the quote “if you want a friend, get a dog.” Humans come in a wide range of personalities and when you have high expectations of them, they can often be very disappointing. Animals are simpler creatures and that simplicity can lead to more loyal bonds and attachments. I still wouldn’t be trying to make friends with some creatures like venomous snakes lol. There are still some creatures that are more aggressive, dangerous and violent in nature than others who probably wouldn’t as good to befriend as other types of animals.

  • We rescued a a squirrel in our yard and my mom raised him for around 6 months. The squirrel absolutely loved my mom, and would climb up to her and sleep on her; and she loved the setup we had for him up high and with nuts and fruits everywhere. One day she escaped through my window after my brother left my door open... She never came back and it broke my mom's heart. That was 8 years ago and to this day my mom still gets emotional when she thinks of our Squirrel.

  • Just one more sign that we all need each other no matter if we are human or animal and can peacefully coexist. Also shows that animals aren't stupid creatures like some people would prefer to think. Just because they have not evolved as highly as humans, does not mean they aren't full of emotions and are void of understanding. This was awesome. Love this channel. 🤗

  • Simply amazing and heartwarming to watch. Thank you for giving Mr. Peaches a chance to live his life to the fullest. You can actually hear the love and enthusiasm in her voice throughout her narrative. It is plain as day that she loves this little squirrel and proud that he continues (of his own free will) to share his life w her daily. Linda and Steve, you both are an inspiration to us all.

  • That’s so adorable. I feed the squirrels in my dad’s backyard, and of course they learned a while ago that if they come up to the porch, I’ll go out and feed them if I haven’t already put food out, but they’ve always kept a safe distance. Recently there’s been a little guy that not only doesn’t run when I come out, but a few times know I’ve seen him in the railing and went out and out food down, only to realize later he wasn’t hungry, he just likes chilling on the railing - had one little hind leg just hanging off the edge.
