Thank you!!! I was wondering when the recipe starts
Thank you
Thank you intro so annoying
I made beef stew this weekend and used very lean meat. Something was missing and I couldn't figure out why it was lacking flavor because it was loaded and seasoned with everything. Today I roasted some marrow bones and added them, juice and all. After simmering another 15 minutes I had the best beef stew I've ever eaten. Two thumbs up for cooking with marrow.
Booyah! Yes. The bone marrow is next level. I'm glad you're finding success. Thanks for watching and keep the journey going. Cheers.
It’s because you didn’t use enough fat too..
Thanks for all the great videos
Initially found some of your blog posts about condiments etc on the carnivore diet. Like the perspective that you’re sharing! Great to know what I can do with the marrow bones that have been sitting in my freezer for too long. Thank you.
Thanks for watching. Yeah the bone marrow is a useful component no doubt. Good luck with the journey!!!
You don't technically make bone marrow for consumption. The marrow in bones is extracted from the bones and then consumed. By cooking it you'll be liquidating most of the fat. So the overall calories and cholesterol will drop. It can be consumed without cooking/baking. It's up to the individual to decide on which method to use.
Hi, If you use those bones without cooking to make the bone broth, wouldn't you have the same benefits from just drinking the bone broth? I guess it also depends to the amount of marrow you use, I have no idea how to calculate that

Nice video
How much beef boy marrow is allowed per day on a carnivore diet?
Hey man I seared one last night for a while n the marrow was hard as rock. I've cooked them before n came out jelly which was what I was expecting. But lastnight, it was hard as rock. Why is that ?
Yeah that's crazy I'm about to make some now hope mine don't turn out that way.
@@jamiejenkins5643 poke the marrow before when its raw if its soft n pushes in you'll be good. I noticed the one I cooked was hard as rock n didn't change when cooked. But the soft marrow cooks perfectly
Redmond real salt is the best salt there is
Agree most definitely.
I bought prepackaged grass fed marrow bones at the grocery store. Very expensive. The broth tasted terrible. I noticed the same taste in grass fed beef tallow I bought on Amazon. I think I dont like grass fed. I like the taste of regular beef trimings that the grocery store butcher sells, but he doesn't sell soup bones other than the prepackaged grass fed.
I eat my marrow raw with honey. It taste like a pudding 🤪
Oh snap!!!! That sounds pretty tasty. I’m gonna have to try that out. Thanks for sharing.
